Service First Heating & Air Conditioning

I scheduled a summer AC check with Service First Heating & Air Conditioning. It was our first time using this company and they were wonderful, from our initial phone contact through the maintenance service. The service tech, Liam, arrived on time and was respectful of our home. He was personable, knowledgeable, and thorough. At the end of the service, he explained what was performed and the current operating status of our system. Overall, a great experience from start to finish! We'll be using them again in the fall for our heating system tuneup.

Liam came out to perform maintenance and an inspection of 2AC units and 2 heater units. He was professional, knowledgeable and gave great insight. I appreciated him taking the time to explain what he found and what he recommended. It gave me some peace of mind. I signed on to a service agreement and will continue to use Service First going forward.

Service First did a great job! Everyone from the scheduling person on the phone, to the sales representative who explained heat pump options for our home, to the technicians who installed our system. Everyone was efficient, friendly, and very careful to take the time to show us the system and answer any questions. We would definitely recommend Service First!

So what can I say about them? Besides, they’re wonderful. A gentleman by the name of Keith came out and he was just outstanding for his personality to his patience with my dogs to his work. I mean he was absolutely incredible. He knew I was stressed out and he made it like the problem is you don’t worry, and he put me at ease. Just absolutely incredible. Keith deserves a raise because he is remarkable from the second he pulled in. He respected my property to when he was leaving. The dogs were barking and he drove to the end of my driveway to calm them down the compassion for my dogs that he showed was remarkable. Most trade just sit in my driveway and do what they have to do and let the dogs bark. This company is just amazing. You will not be disappointed so just hire them. It will be worth it I promise. And they stand behind everything!

Service First has been great and easy to work with. Roman was very helpful and thorough and he helped identify an issue with our condenser before it became a problem in the middle of the summer.

These guys are awesome! Quick response. Professional. Explained everything clearly. Reasonably priced. Would highly recommend. Jim, the professional who did the work at our house, was awesome!

I just want to say, there are still very kind, honest and genuine people in this world. This company's customer service is excellent and it truly shows in the employees. I'd like to recognize Wayne the service technician and thank him for his kindness and experience. He went above and beyond to ensure my cooling system worked . If your like me and read all the reviews before hiring a company, look no further. This is an HONEST, professional and expericed company for all your HVAC needs .

Overall great experience working with this company. From the sales to installation I felt very informed about the product and the install plan. Install went great and installers were kind and courteous. Would highly recommend.

My recent encounter with Service First left me deeply disappointed and questioning their integrity. In need of routine maintenance, I called upon Service First for assistance, expecting honest advice. However, the technician insisted that I needed a completely new HVAC system, raising suspicions about potential commission-based motives as my system was working completely fine.

Seeking a second opinion, I was relieved to discover that my existing system was in excellent condition. This stark contrast in assessments revealed Service First's attempt to deceive me into an unnecessary and hefty purchase.

I caution others to be wary when dealing with Service First HVAC. Their dishonest practices undermine trust in service providers. Prioritize transparency, seek multiple opinions, and be mindful of potential commission-based incentives when making HVAC-related decisions.

Have used service first twice since we moved to the area, and both were great experiences. Thank you to Wayne and Jim! Will be using for all and any of our HVAC needs.
