Edit: had Keith come out for a repair and not only did he repair our issue (not due to Services First’s install btw) but he also gave me great information and took extra time to walk me through things I had questions on. Great tech, we are more than pleased with this company again and again.

These guys are great. We needed a 45 year boiler replaced on short notice and Brent came out the same day we called and not only gave us a quote on the spot but was as comprehensive with explaining it us as we could’ve asked for. Their pricing was right in line with other quotes we received but the thing that set them apart and made us go with them was the service - Brent got us on the schedule within a week (which is saying something in general let alone with how things are right now with any type of home work), the team that came out was awesome and very professional, they got everything in and out in a day and showed us the ropes with our new system. If you’re looking for HVAC work, you cannot go wrong with these guys- they live up to their Service First name more than we could’ve dreamed of. Thanks a million to Brent and the entire Service First team for making a stressful situation a breeze!

Liam N was very friendly & professional! I have a maintenance contract with Service First so he was out to perform annual maintenance on my unit. He explained what issues the unit had to keep it running efficiently which he took care of within 45 minutes for me. Love this company and their service techs and would highly recommend them.

We had an AMAZING experience with Keith. He was able to come out super quickly, he diagnosed the problem with lightning speed (another company had previous mis-diagnosed). He had specific parts to repair and did the repair efficiently.

His communication was terrific. He told us each step he was doing and why, he explained what was broken and what specifically needed to be repaired. He was able to do the work quickly.

Lasty, he was very respectful of our home and didn't leave any messes behind or any issues with that.

Great experience! Keith diagnosed our issue and fixed the unit quickly. All the parts were on board his truck so there was no need for a follow-up visit. Very thorough and methodical in his work and his explanation of what he did. He surprised us by calling and wondering if he could come early. Very happy here.

Called on a Saturday: owner called back and was out for a reasonable fee within 4 hours and fixed our hot water. Thanks!
