Temperature Patrol Air Conditioning

Anyone having issues with their AC system should contact Rob at Temperature Patrol! Rob is trustworthy! #1 quality!!!! We don't know anything about AC and another company came out telling us we're best off to replace the whole unit - an $11,000 deal! That didn't seem right as the unit is only 5 years old. Called Rob and for $1,500 we're rocking and rolling with A/C. Thank you Rob!!!

WOW!!!! I had many different repairs from the Hurricane. Temp patrol was the only company that did not cause me any stress and actually was very helpful. Jeremey is a shining star by far. His honesty is A++++. He rocks!

The gentleman that came to my house was very knowledgeable and professional. He put us at ease knowing what the issue was and knew how to solve it. He is funny, caring and did not try to take advantage of us like many of his competitors have tried. An lastly my wife has not complained since the repair has been done. Lol

I had an issue that developed with my air handler in the garage. I checked on google for a good and reputable service company, and came across this company, with all these great reviews. By the way this is Sunday evening. I thought I would give a call and possibly leave a VM. Come to my surprise a young lady addressed the phone. I was able to setup an appointment for Monday am between 8 and 5, with a 30 minute advance call. Monday at about 8 am I received a call that the tech is on the way. A gentleman by the name of Jeremy introduced himself, and after a couple of minute conversation I felt like I’ve known Jeremy for a longtime. Told him my issue with the unit, he said I will take a look at it. I went in the house to finish my chore and I hear a door knock. I walkout and he fixed the issue. Not just a real nice guy, but a great tech. IF THEY HAD A 10 STAR RATING. I WOULD GIVE IT TO THEM.

I have had their service for 2 years and am on their service plan which I highly recommend! My air conditioner went out last night around 9:30, I text them, and they were here first thing in the morning to fix it. They are always friendly, knowledgeable and know what they are doing, yet always budget friendly and don’t try and sell me parts I don’t need. If you are in need of a great company to service your air container, please give them a call. You will not be disappointed.

WOW, Ron and his son saved the day! First, my air was blowing warm air and I woke up at 1 a.m. to a 90 degree house. Called many companies first thing in the morning and Ron said 12:30-2. Therefore I continued to call other companies and found someone around 11 a.m. Ron shows up at 10 a.m. and I told him sorry but I have someone on the way. Ron said do you mind if I take a look at it...Long story short, Ron found the problem, tested the unit and would not accept money!!! He said I was kicking him off the property anyways, LOL. I don't write many reviews but this one NEEDED to be done. 100%, I will use Temperature Patrol (Ron) in the Future!

Wow!! Had the absolute pleasure of having Jeremy come to fix our ac system. THE BEST!! He repaired a job that was done poorly by a prior tech and had to rewire the entire unit. This was on a weekend for which he charged less in total than the prior tech had for just the service call. This also includes a full 3 month maintenance plan. Wasn't even 200 bucks and he was so much more professional and thorough than I have ever had before. If you live local, Temperature Patrol is the ONLY place you should call for your HVAC needs. After having a very bad experience with another AC repair company, Jeremy was a Godsend. I had been told previously that my unit was too old to fix and I needed a new one. Jeremy came over and told me my unit was only 3 years old. He found a clogged drain, which he said the previous person should have a least found and fixed. He recharged my unit and it is working great know. It's good to know their are still honest people around that will do a good job and not try to rip you off. I highly recommend this company. Very reasonably priced and a family business.

I highly recommend Temperature Patrol. Totally professional response from Jenny responding to my service request through Jeremy performing the maintenance visit. With Jenny matching another company's price for a tune up to Jeremy matching this price on future visits, I've found a company that stands heads above anyone else in the area. Granted they reduced their price on my maintenance request, but they now have a customer for life.

This is the best A/C company I have ever used. For one, the response is outstanding. Jenny is the lady we spoke to to schedule the appointment, and she is OUT OF THIS WORLD AMAZING!! She was professional and kept us informed with the whole process. And the guy that they sent out was just as amazing!! He was on time, professional and polite!! Thank you to all the wonderful people who work at Temperature Patrol, you all made this the best experience!! I will recommend them to everyone!!
