Work was completed as scheduled. Service person was very knowledgeable and explained each step of his service (cause I wanted to know!)

I have worked with these guys since they started in business and they have always been knowledgeable, easy to work with, and reasonable. Very responsive too.

They gave me a good price, were always friendly and responsive. They were also professional and I don't feel as though they tried to take advantage of me. Highly recommend!!

I was afraid there was damage to my AC from Ian. One company said I would need a new AC - mine is only 3 months old. I was suspicious. Luckily I had Service First give me a 2nd opinion. Nothing is damaged except the shroud over the duct work and Jeremy fixed that for me. I was not charged! I will definitely use Service First in the future. They are honest and competent!

Showed up promptly, friendly and courteous. Performed service to my satisfaction (although a bit expensive!). Promised to advise office that an overdue annual service will be conducted the following week. Cannot comment on that service until completed. Overall, I am satisfied with this company thus far.

Hurricane Ian wiped out my display on my pool pump. I don't live in the country but was visiting to examine damage to the house. Service First was one that actually picked up the phone and returned my message. They squeezed me in since I was only at the location for a week. They arrived when they said they would. They were what I would consider a good service company.

Beware very expensive 289.00 for a 10 minute local call.Installed a thermostat.
They say 89.00 trip charge then add 200.00 to that for a thermostat and work.Nice guy who put did the work just seems like price gouging because of the hurricane.

Daniel rios was our service tech today, after ordering the warranty part and getting us in asap , these guys exceeded all expectations and came prepared for the unexpected on a compressor replacement call. Thanks guys, Daniel was the best hvac service tech I have ever personally or professionally used , got us taken care of in record time too! Thank you all for your quick work , my pregnant wife appreciates you in this heat wave especially!

FL Green team was excellent! They arrived same day within a few hours after my call when my AC broke. They told me what was wrong and fixed it immediately. They didn't even try to push and sell the new "best" thing.

I needed my AC fixed asap as my wife is pregnant and dealing with the heat is not an option. Christopher was an excellent tech who was friendly and knowledgeable and able to explain to me what was going on. I appreciated his professionalism.

Service First installed my Pool heater. They were very professional form the start kept me updated throughout the entire process. The technician show up on time was friendly, knowledgeable and completed the installation in a timely matter and made sure I was satisfied with his work.
