We have been using Instant Air for our residential and commercial air conditioning and refrigeration needs since 2011. Many times I have called with an issue expecting to wait a day or two, only to have someone show up an hour later telling me that they were up on the roof and fixed the issue. Marty and his team are knowledgeable, personable, and work to accommodate your needs however they can. We highly recommend them.

I was so happy they came out to fix my AC unit. We were out of town when the fan motor broke down. They had it up an running before we returned home from our trip. I will call them if I have any AC issued from now on.

Instant Air has been my company for 15 years and has been there ANY time I needed service. Their service people have never tried to pressure me into buying things I did not need. In fact, there were a couple of times I thought my a/c unit was shot, and they brought it back to life inexpensively! I have recommended Marty to many of my friends who are also pleased. Came right out on the weekend when our AC went out. My daughter was sick and had to go to the ER. By the time we got back the house was nice and cool. They are honest, dependable, and reasonable. They even called the next day to make sure things were still running smoothly. Give them a try! Marty is a great guy!

A/C went out in the morning, I called Instant Air and had colder-than-ever air blowing thru my house about an hour later. They topped off my refrigerant, cleaned out the drain and tuned the unit to run efficiently! I could not be happier with these guys. The service was truly Instant!

It is with regret that I post this negative review after a long history with this company,
A lesson learned by all....
Instant Air should not quote on a new install 38% higher than another competitor for two older women that have lost their AC. The Women were prepared to have it done by them the next day. They however possibly did not know that their referral was indirectly connected to about 10 other friends and family that they have done business for at lower rates. They immediately got other quotes. Also after the fact do not bad mouth the competitor that did the work.
Customers...always get another quote...compare what you are getting and get a building permit.

Very polite and professional service from Marty. He clarified what was going on with my AC unit and how to keep it maintained. Did a beautiful job of getting the accumulated debris out of the bottom of the unit and it looks great. He certainly went that extra mile to answer all questions that I asked.Top notch!

Honest and trust worthy. Over a year ago my AC was fixed by someone. Said had to scrap rust and was good to go. Ac went out a month later. I thought I was got so I went over a year without air because money is tight. I was refered this company by a co worker. I was very hesitant and almost canceled. Because i didnt want to waste a service call to be told my old tiny ac was shot. BUT Austin came out SHOWED me it was just a broken cord to the compressor. He fixed it fast and well and taught me a thing or 2 about the ac. I was scared to be told 1,000s only had about 150. Fix and running like a champ for a little over 100. I will recommend to all. 👍
