AA Temperature Services

I wish I could give this company a good review but I just cannot. As I am writing this I have another service out here fixing the job that they did not fix the first time unfortunately. When I called AA temperature to come out they had to flush the drain line now this new company that I called had to re-flush the drain line because it wasn’t done properly the first time.

After 9 days without AC finally sent a tech who new what he was doing and fixed it in less than an hour.

air dandler failed so I called our contracted air condition/plumbing service and was was told earliest service was 24 hour later. AA Temp arrived on 1 hour notice, established cooling and gave advice on warranty correctable defects found and maintenance. Only charge was for.the visit..

Reliable, prompt service. Technicians are professional and extremely knowledgeable. Problems always diagnosed and repaired on the spot. Explains and answers questions thoroughly. Have been a customer for many years. Would recommend them for any of the services indicated above.

The Technician was very late for the time of the appointment, he did a nice job when he arrived. But he convinced my husband to sign a maintenance contract for a year, that if he change his mind he could cancel it, what he did not say is that : yes you can cancel the service contract but you won’t get the refund of your money. So now, I’m trying to get the service on my AC and Im getting rescheduled for another day (that I’m not off from work) because my AC is working and other people’s not ??? I won’t use this company again.

Very prompt and responsive. Tech was very professional and thorough in assessing the system. No pushy sales attempts. Highly recommend.

Honest and accommodating to our schedule. Will continue to use for our AC needs.

Aurelius did a fine job.I'd give him 5 stars. My only disappointment is that the company no longer includes a filter as part of the maintenance package. This drops my rating to 4 stars.

John came out and went above and beyond for us and got our unit running and our drain line replaced

I was truly amazed how efficient the technicians were. They came in, analyzed the situation made suggestions and went to work. In less then an hour the job was completed and they were on their way. They frequently asked if I had any questions which they promptly answered.
