John D is a fabulous service rep! Always thorough and answers any questions!!

The tech who came to my house was great. Super nice guy, and very respectful.

Their office crew however, including the managers, could definitely use a refresher course or 3 on customer service and accountability.

JD stopped by for our 6 month inspection and found and quickly repaired/replaced the mold and broken lamp inside the system (inside the garage) as well as putting in a new surge protector on the outside. May or may not have been a result of 'hurricane Ian' ...thanks

Our AC unit went out over the weekend. We called on Sunday morning and they were able to have a tech out at 2 pm. The tech was great - knowledgeable and very nice. He was not able to fix the unit because the needed parts were not available and had to be ordered.

If the compressor is under warranty with the company that I bought the AC unit from I will have them fix it. It all depends on what they tell me is wrong with my unit. Kim and John were fantastic.**** Thank You

I called about some work they had performed earlier. And had a question about the a/c? They did better yet!! Asked what was a good time to come and look at it? Wow that was great! John the service man . Was a great guy. Went right to the machine. Cleaned out the coils. And checked freon! Made sure we where happy. And if any issues arise. Call asap!! Great service!!!! As common in SW Florida our newly purchased condo had high humidity issues. We called on several service providers to get a proposal to correct it. All but John were looking for a quick buck but John was looking to take of a customer. He provided the most cost effective solution that was very quickly implemented
AA Temperature Services just got a new customer

The technician used the concrete pad to bend tubing which could of split or cracked it. Should have used a tubing bender tool. What other short cut was taken? Technician told me a. new thermostat wire and a whole new plenum would be installed. The old wire was used and plenum was patched not replaced.

As a new customer, they were welcoming and highly responsive. My service was scheduled promptly and at a reasonable price. The technicians were prompt, polite and efficient. I am happy new customer!
