I had Sunrise Heat & Air replace my HVAC system after a bad install cut the life of my home system very short. After reviewing a repair estimate, and confirming a replacement estimate prepared by James, the Sunrise team scheduled Max, Russel, and Jamik to perform a complete 3-ton system installation. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and paid attention to detail . They cared about the work they did and explained the process along the way. Overall, my experience was a good one! My new system is quiet, powerful, and efficient. Sunrise will not be your lowest bid (and may likely be one of your higher estimates), but they have a first rate team and perform quality work as scheduled and estimated. A++ Thanks Sunrise!

We are undergoing a major home renovation and needed the main return register relocated. Brian came out to do the initial assessment and give us the quote & A recommendation on where the register should be relocated for maximum efficiency. He was friendly, professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. The following day Max and Jamiek came out to do the job and they too were friendly, professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. They explained every step of the process and they were very neat with their work. I would definitely recommend Sunrise Heat & Air to my family and friends. Great job guys!

They were absolutely amazing. Jesse came out the same day that we called. He even came out at 7:30PM and did our repairs in the same day! He was very courteous and professional. His knowledge on our older unit was a major help. We thank him and Sunrise for the quick service. Once again I must praise Sunrise Services from Palm Harbor. It does not matter which of the 3 divisions I use, I have never been disappointed. They are promt, reliable, respectful, and professional. Today I saw Bruce from Sunrise A/C. He listened to all the information I could supply. He investigated and found the problems. He explained each issue and told me the prices. After I approved, he completed the work and kept me advised. They are upfront about pricing, they do not try to upset, and the techs are always polite and patient. I always feel I am getting good value and quality for any of their services. Bruce was great. I highly recommend Sunrise Irrigation, Electric, and Air Conditioning and I will use them again.

I called Sunrise Heat & Air my old unit was not cooling at all, they came out looked in attic, put gouges on it, confirmed that it was toast. They gave me several options and recommendations .
They gave me a price to do the work and equipment and reused what they could to save me some money. :) Scheduled me for the following week.
Max and Leo installed the system, they carefully removed the old unit and just as carefully installed the new air handler. They spent all day working very hard. They cut no corners and really gave me confidence that they did everything right. The price was exactly what was quoted.
Max even came by after work to install a different breaker. No extra charges the system looks beautiful and the house is comfortable again. Great company that you can trust.

Great job on a new install, very professional and went over everything in detail so there were no surprises. They loaned me a portable unit while I was down. Would recommend to anyone with needing service or a new system install.

Bruce was great during my appointment. He was on time, and the company gave me a courtesy call with 30 mins notice before his arrival. He explained everything clearly, and showed me how to maintain the AC unit to ensure it was working properly. The price was more than reasonable, and there was no extra charge for a weekend appointment. I will absolutely be using them again. Thanks!
