This is the second time we have used Suntise, the first was for electrical work. They are extremely quick to return a call or reply to a message. I have found Sunrise to be reliable, professional and very upfront

Came home the other night to a blank thermostat on our complicated multi-zone Trane AC system. Called a few companies and Sunrise was one that had first availability (same day). The gentleman on the phone initially, I believe it was Taylor, seemed really nice and he wanted to help me. Nicholos showed up at our house to service the thermostat and we are happy he did. He was awesome. He explained everything to me as he was doing it. He was very professional and really cared about our comfort. He got our old antiquated thermostat back up and running and flushed our system. He went over our options with us and explained in great detail. Ended up getting a new thermostat and so far it is working flawlessly. I would recommend Sunrise to everyone. They really seem to care about the customer and it shows in the work they do.

Josiah and his team were on time, worked so hard in this FL heat! Communicated and answered any questions I asked on the Bosch system, great installation and also did a great job cleaning up. We are trying the Bosch system for the first time so time will tell……

Technician was very knowledgeable and fixed the gloged drain quickly. However I still feel that the 1 - 1/2 hour service call without parts was definitely not worth a $380 charge. Way, way overpriced. It's one service call I will never get over.

As part of some electrical work we are having done we got a free inspection of our A/C system. We were scheduled for a morning appointment and the technician (Darius) showed up on time and was super nice and helpful. He went through every area of our A/C system and took pictures of everything.... which is helpful for me b/c some of it is in the attic and I have never been up there. At no point did I feel like I was being oversold. We did have some minor preventative maintenance done at the technician's recommendation.... but again, he was not pushy at all. We ended up paying for a preventative maintenance service that will have them out here twice a year. The cost was very fair and actually a little below market cost. I am very glad we went with these folks and very happy with our technician, Darius.
