This was The Best Air Conditioning service call I have Ever experienced! I called Sunrise because they had 5 star reviews and I now know why. The entire process from first call to finished work was spot on professional and kind. Darius the service tech arrived on time and was very nice, calm and very professional, I was very happy he was working on my unit, knew exactly what to do with no hesitations (this is important), he went straight to work finding out why my a/c unit wasn't working. I was more than surprised, less then 10 mins later he said I needed a capacitor. He replaced the capacitor and I signed up for the bi-yearly service. So today, he replaced capacitor and serviced my unit all within an hour and the price was Great!! Sunrise is the BEST, Thank You!

Dan was prompt, professional, and thoroughly engaged with his work from start to AC blowing ice cubes. He explained the issue(s) with plain speak easy enough for me to understand. Offered the companies products/services without being pushy or too over-the-top salesman. Would recommend them to use and will use them again if needed!

Dan was wonderful. I was not home, but he carefully explained everything to my wife and put her at ease. Our system was down due to a clogged drain. He quickly fixed the problem and he even unclogged our neighbor's drain pipe since it was right next to ours outside our unit. Our system was very old and needed to be replaced. He guided us to the right choice in a replacement and since we were purchasing a new unit there was no charge for the repair. Dan told us that Sunrise prefers to hire military veterans. Sunrise is a great business and deserves the support of everyone but particulary the military community.

Dan was my technician. Very knowledgeable. Walked me through the repairs needed and costs to get the unit running. No bs, didn't try to sell me anything I really didn't need done. He did point out things that may a problem in the future. Prior to retirement I was in the HVAC industry for 45 years. Worked with many techs, and I can honestly say Dan is as good as they come. I would highly recommend Dan when contacting Sunrise.

Fabulous service. Dan is professional, courteous and very attentive to our questions and needs about our Two AC systems.
Great job, and Dan and his team partner Nick clearly know what they are talking about. Dan answered clearly all my many questions about the AC system and solutions. Everything he did was explained in a way that even I could understand. Far superior to the service we have used previously for a number of years. Nick, his team mate was also very professional and courteous. Dan and he worked extremely well as a team, both respecting the other's knowledge. We are so happy to know we have Dan as our service rep. going forward and we purchased a year of Sunrise's Service-Club Membership.
Also, really appreciated the courteous individuals that help us on our initial call to Sunrise (Crystal) as well as follow up calls.

Dan from Sunrise was a Godsend after another company failed to do their work correctly twice. Dan was very personable, took the time to listen to my issues and made sure to address all of the issues thoroughly.

I had already seen some of the terrible ductwork Three Guys A/C had done going up into the attic myself, but Dan from Sunrise took photos and video to show the before and after of the previous company's work compared to his. Dan fixed their work, thoroughly sealing up the plenum that had split and replaced a return line that had been put in incorrectly. He put in a return line the right length, used the right tape on everything, put mastic to seal up the plenums and all the lines making it all secure, looking clean and done professionally.

The receptionist was also very thorough making sure to call and coordinate everything.

Three Guys A/C did a horrible job installing plenums and a return line... they stepped completely through my ceiling and said nothing, leaving it for me to find. They sent out a non licensed handyman that used products to fix the hole in the ceiling that had us sick from the off gassing for a week until I could get a professional to redo it, made me wait almost two weeks to attempt to fix their bad work from their first appointment for plenums and a return line that had gaps and lines that weren't flush or secure .Then, the work they did on the second appointment was worse than the initial attempt with the plenum completely splitting at the seam and dumping air into the attic while picking up insulation and moisture into the system. The owner refused to call me the entire time which was frustrating and told me there was nothing else he could do for me. But, it's nice that I have a text message thread with our entire conversation and all of my photos to show Office of Consumer Protection when I file a complaint and make a claim 😎
