Dan arrived on time. Very professional and knowledgeable. Gave me reasonable options and explained the reason behind them. Then helped me chose the best one for me. He is the best.

Dan was a very professional and helpful HVAC technician. He clearly explained the maintenance report and addressed all my questions and concerns. We’ll continue to be using Sunrise Air & Heat, as well as their other services.

Couldn't be more happy with a senior A/C tech than I am with Dan. Not only is he one of my favorite techs, he's also a pleasant, positive, curteous, person to conversate with. He knows what he's doing and passes his knowledge on to the customer so you better understand the process and how your system works. Great guy, great company!

Dan is knowledgeable and thorough. He is very informative and our AC is working so much better. Prices are fair. Great company and Dan is a great representative. We highly recommend both.

Dan E and Sunrise were LIFE SAVERS! I paid a company to install a new unit a month ago and they capped off the heat, causing us to lose money with our air b&b tenants/property! Dan came in and saved the day!m DURING THE HOLIDAYS! He temporarily fixed our heat for the tenants that were coming in that day and then returned a few days later to install a part fully fix our unit! Not to mention the fact that the part was on back order BUT Dan made it happen! He drove to who knows where to MAKE SURE we had the part in hand and ready to install by 2pm on the day I needed it to come so that my incoming renters would have A/C AND heat!!! Sunrise and Dan are wonderful, patient, determined and just INCREDIBLY PROFESSIONAL! We even signed up for the bi annual maintenance from here on out because we know we are in good hands! Thank you sunrise and Dan!!! We are so appreciative!

Dan looked over our system and gave us valuable information. We would use him as our AC man from now on. He knew what the problem was and informed us about the right information regarding the Unit.
