First time customer. Jenergy was on my “to call” list for yearly maintenance. I had read many great recommendations from local FB groups. Requested A/C check up as electric bill was outrageous and over $200 dollars from Duke energy. Usually it's $150 in summer months. Zach explained the unit was quite old and not energy efficient. That it was working ok and that along with my old windows they all contributed to the high bill. He was professional and answered all my questions. I felt confident in his answers!

Their folks were very accommodating when our business A/C stopped working. They were able to get here quickly and diagnosed the issue, ran to get the needed part and had us cooling in short order. Bobby was very professional and knowledgeable.

We had an issue with the fan in the AC air handler. Jenergy Air Services was able to send a technician within a few hours. The technician, Nick, was able to quickly find the problem and informed me what was required, the replacement of the fan. They had a replacement fan in stock and a short time later, the fan was replaced and the AC system was working properly. He conducted a check of the rest of the AC system looking for any other potential issues. Very happy with the response and service. Would definitely use them again.
