Air Zero

Riley, the technician, was very professional, on time (actually arrived early) and took his time to explain why I was having an issue with my AC system. He didn't try to sell me anything but did point out some things I might want to consider at a later date. I highly recommend this company as it is veteran owned and operates like a well oiled machine.

I had an old AC unit that was slowly leaking freon that nobody could ever find the leak on. It started to get low again and I decided to replace the unit instead of paying for the high cost of R22 every 2 years. Since I had a bit of time to research I went through a couple companies including the one who replaced another unit 2 years ago for me.

I tried Air Zero on the recommendation of a friend and spent a decent amount of time going back and forth with them on the replacement. I'm not an HVAC technician but I've done a lot of research on how they work. I could tell immediately they were being very honest. They came out and did an inspection before even quoting a price. It was very thorough. They checked the wiring of the thermostats to make sure it was compatible. Checked all the electrical to make sure it was sized properly. No other company did this type of thing before quoting me a price. (Price ended up being lower than the companies not doing this level of preparation.)

Santiago Gonzalez & Dan Eaton did the install. Very professional and polite and went above and beyond my expectations. They left my garage cleaner than when they arrived and did not rush the job. At some point the owner arrived to I believe do the electrical work. You can tell everyone wanted to do the job right.

They even took out a permit for the work which I am not sure if it was required or not but you are not going to do that if you are doing shady work. Overall very happy with the job (Its been a few weeks now) and would highly recommend them. I worked with at least 6 of their employees at various points in the process and all were extremely professional and polite.

Air Zero was excellent in both assistance with unit selection and customer service. Recently in my office I was remodeling and needed an AC solution. I met one of the employees of Air Zero as I happen to be driving by, he promised me he would pass my information along and later that day I heard from the owner Marcus (Great follow up on the installers part). In understanding my space and needs Marcus was able to provide suggestions and he helped me select the INVERTER unit. This was an excellent choice in understanding my needs in an office where we are on the phone, so he knew we needed something quite. The customer service team in his office kept me informed on the arrival of the unit and his installers did an excellent job on the installation. I could not be more happy with the unit, especially living in our heated environment where in addition to just being in Florida, a warehouse is a convection oven, but you would not know that with the performance of this unit. If you are looking for outstanding customers service, quality, and ongoing service, "I recommend this team."

I called for a service repair and my appointment was set for the next day. My rep arrived on time and he was professionally dressed. He explained everything and made sure to address my questions.

The office staff is friendly and professional. Dylan worked on our walk-in cooler. It was his first time working with this model, and it had an issue with several parts of the system. We expected a costly repair. He tracked all the problems to a bad wire connection, and few minutes later the unit was up and running!

This is one awesome company. My air conditioner stopped working last night. I called in the morning and Dan was there at 11:00 am. Dan was super nice and courteous, coming from the military was also a plus. He was telling me what was going on with all the details and had our compressor up and running within 30 minutes. This could be the best experience I have ever had with an HVAC technician. I don't care how long I have to wait for service. I will not use any other company but air zero. Thank you Dan for your excellence on the job.

Dan Eaton is honest, trustworthy, and does quality work. We were about to get ripped off by And Services (you can read my review on them as well) and Dan saved the day, and our wallet! He is exactly the kind of person we want to work with and will absolutely call again in the future!
