    I recently had air zero out to my new house to give an estimate on a complete new ac system. Marcus arrived promptly went over my options and said I would receive an estimate by email in 2-3 days. Waited a week called Marcus, sent emails. Called office 4 times talked to a woman said she would look into it and get back to me. She never called back and I never received an estimate. Just a heads up there not a company I will be doing business with.

    Would highly recommend.....great pricing and definitely know what they are doing. Just had a mini split installed and service is top notch.
    Marcus and his team did a perfect job being safe and making sure everything was clean. team came wearing masks and did a great job. A/C is blowing ice cold. Thanks again for a great job and definitely will recommend their expertise to anybody.

    I have used Air Zero exclusively since the business started. They are quick to respond and repair, accurate in their estimates, and most importantly, they are honest. Truly honest. When they give you a diagnosis on your unit, you can trust them. We once thought we had a pretty expensive issue, and told them what we thought the issue was. They told us we were incorrect, and that it was a much smaller problem. A much less expensive problem. I appreciate that so much. I recommend highly..

    Called Air Zero to schedule someone to come out and quote replacing our current system with ductless. The tech came over in the scheduled time and was very informative. I liked that he was not a pushy salesperson. Stated he would email the quote the following day, but never received it so had to call the office periodically to check the status. After about a month I finally received the quote and it included different central A/C units, nothing of what was discussed or requested. I guess they didn’t need the business. Went elsewhere for a new system.

    - They call to let you know when they're on their way
    - They're SUPER polite (even took off their shoes before coming into the house)
    - They care about the details and want to make sure you're 100% happy with the job they do

    We've done business with them twice. Once for our AC, which we thought was going to be a several-thousand-dollar repair (turned out to be a couple hundred), and once for my in-laws' AC, which they completely replaced.

    Rich, Darryl and Marcus were wonderful. I can't recommend them enough!

    Marcus came to service my freezer that was not working. It needed a part under warranty that he said would come in a few days. For over a month I phoned with status. I spoke with both Christine and Marcus and was told each time " they will get beck to me wuth wn update" which NEVER happened. Today I call and speak with both Christine and Marcus. Marcus had the ordacity to say he has not spoken to me since he made the service call a month ago..... (i gave phone records with all the calls to them) -- he continues to say that they are not doing service work with the Everest brand.

    The customer service ...... there is none. I gqve a business that needs this piece if equipment to do business. I have lost revenue due to their negligent ability to return a call with any update. Furthermore-- I had to continually explain that they OWED me a return call with an update or ANY kind of information. Instead I gave een waiting and waiting for a part that they never intended on getting or replacing in my unit.

    They do not care and I will be reporting to the BBB. I will also look for a consumer advicate attorney-- I have measurable loss solely on their neglect as a business.

    I asked Marcus to email me his communications with the manufacturer. He said it was via chats and emails. I told him to email me the email correspondence. After 1 1/2 hrs I phoned back - Marcus is conveniently in a meeting and now Christine states communication was only thru chats. So again,,,, Another lie another story

    I can almost guarantee there was no communication- nothing was ever done - the small consumer (me) has been left for a month --- a month lost and now a I need to start at square one.

    My wife and I have used Air Zero for years at both our personal homes and our rental properties. Everyone at the company is always knowledgeable, friendly, honest and patient to answer any and all questions and the prices are always very reasonable. Most recently we worked with Marcus and Matt at our rental properties to replace the very old ACs that stopped working. They both took their time (even after business hours) to go through and explain the different options based on our situation, and never trying to upsell us on anything we didnt need. They even offered to provide portable ACs to the tenants free of charge until the new units were installed.

    We've referred Air Zero to friends and family and will definitely continue to use them ourselves for all our future AC needs. Thank you Marcus, Matt and everyone at Air Zero!
