Air Zero

Been a customer for years, and have always received great service, scheduling support, and attention to detail. Dan Corbet is the rep that came to the house and absolutely exemplifies and exceeds these values. The work was initially maintenance, but Dan also deduced a heating element issue. He championed the fix from warranty replacement to installation. Dan's strong knowledge of all components and willingness to walk through the details was very much appreciated!

I want to thank Brion and his team with Air Zero, they are just an awesome company to work with. I had my AC stop working when I woke up this morning and I found them on the internet, gave them a call and had a tech at my door with in an hour. They showed up diagnosed the issue and had my AC back up in running in less then 30 minutes. Thank you guys! I will be using you from now on.

I've been using AirZero for several years now. I have a semi-annual maintenance contract with them.
Today, the Service Manager, Dan, came out to perform maintenance. His customer service and professionalism is above and beyond what is typical. He found an issue that was causing a leak in the roof. He cleaned up the drains and fixed problems with the tubing that was blocking the water flow. I'm very pleased with his work, as well as the overall service AirZero provides. AirZero = high quality, excellent service, thorough, professional, integrity, and on time---all done at a fair price for the value they provide. I will never use another company for my A/C needs.

I arrived at home on a Friday afternoon at 5:30pm to notice that my home was 91 degrees. After calling a few places, I reached out to Air Zero. The next available time was the next morning. The tech arrived promptly at my scheduled time. The tech was professional and efficient. He quickly evaluated our unit and discovered the source of our problem. Within a very reasonable amount of time our unit was fixed and back to blowing cool air into our home. The tech was very knowledgeable and even gave us pointers on things we could do to prevent our issue from occuring again. Through our unfortunate situation we we were thankful to have come across Air Zero to fix our broken AC. We are a customer for life!! I would highly recommend for anyone with any heating or AC needs to use this stand up company! They were a complete pleasure to work with from our first contact with them right up to being able to sit back and enjoy the cool air blowing again!! They were also very reasonably priced😉 We give them a big 👍.

After trouble with my previous provider, I asked for recommendations. After a few people said Air Zero, I called after hours on a Sunday. They were willing to come out first thing the next morning, EARLIER than my now former company, and I paid extra to be a priority member!

Christina, Dan, and Marcus (owner) have always been phenomenal. I have used Air Zero for a little over a year now, and have referred several other to them. Keep up the GREAT work, all!

I'm adding to my review of Air Zero because they just completed removing and replacing all my ductwork. Marcus (the owner) oversaw the entire project and they did a great job. My house was practically spotless each day after they finished working and that was something I didn't expect at all. I completely trust the Air Zero team and won't use anyone else.

(Summer 2018) Had a great experience with Matt from Air Zero. I just wanted maintenance on my A/C unit in a house I just bought, and they were great. Didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need and sent an email and text to let me know the technician’s name and when he was on his way. I called Air Zero based on reviews and was not disappointed.

Everyone from the person scheduling appointments to the workers and the owner are great!

I had routine maintenance performed on my AC and the tech did well with answering my questions and providing me with information he found during his analysis/maintenance.

On a previous visit, I had an issue where the AC would no longer blow cool air but would work for heat. Marcus came to work on the issue and although his company did not install the system, he was able to figure out 1) the issue and 2) how to correct it. Correcting it was not straightforward since the previous company had some sort of 'patch board' in place but Marcus got it working perfectly with the new thermidistat. Both the Heat and the AC along with the variable speed blower are working once again. We are so happy! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone. Nice work all!!!

Our A/C went out on Sunday morning and by 1:00 it was 88 degrees in the house. Being a Contractor I thought I could get one if my friends to come over and fix it...but it was a Sunday and all of the sudden I had no so called friends (a/c Contractors). We looked on line and came across Air Zero and by 3:00 they had a guy out here (the technician name was Dan). He looked at the unit and knew what it was and even though he didn't have the fan motor with him...he went and got one and was back in less than a hour and 30 minutes later the A/C was fixed. Our house went from a HOT 88 degrees 78 in just a few hours later. I don't know what we would of done without the help of Air Zero. Air Zero came out on a Sunday late afternoon to fix our A/C unit when I could not find anyone else...the was Great but to top it off...THEY DID NOT Price gouge me!!! I couldn't believe it...Sunday afternoon it as hot...got someone to come over to fix the problem and didn't charge me a Fortune.

If I could give a 6 star review I would because they deserve it. Nice to know that there are some good people and companies out there still. Thanks Air Zero and Dan the technician for all your help.

The technician Dan C. Came out and did very good quality work repairing my AC system... He was professional and informative, he explained everything, so I could understand.
