I live out of state, just as the phone was ringing i realize they were out of state, but that did not stop Matt and Marcus to take the time to help me troubleshoot the problem. I did not expect to get this service. Both were patient, Very knowledgeable technicians, I also got a follow up text checking in. If you live down South Florida St. Petersburg, Clearwater and largo area and need a trustworthy A/C company give Air Zero a call you will be very please.

Had no heat last night. Scheduled service call on website after 11pm. Fixed issue next morning by 1030am. Excellent response time and reasonable price. Marcus is the absolute best AC tech. Highly recommend Airzero.

It has taken us over five years to find an A/C and refrigeration company in Tampa that we trust, and Air Zero is it. I own a restaurant in South Tampa that has frequent refrigeration and A/C maintenance needs. Before we found Air Zero, we had tried many of South Tampa's so-called best. All of them are crooks except for Air Zero. Their prices are always fair, their service is impeccable, and they are quick to respond. Air Zero offers all of the benefits of a large company, but they also maintain the family ownership and pro-small business approach. Take my word for it, that is very tough to find. I would highly recommend Air Zero for both commercial and residential work!

Everything this company has done for me at both my home and office buildings has been handled in a professional manner and was a pleasant experience. They are quick to respond, fairly priced and I would highly recommend them for anything from an annual service to a complete new system.

You know how Florida is. It’s hot and I don’t want my AC breaking. My Rep was Brian Tomasek. He was very professional and while his demeaner is very warm, he made sure my AC was ice cold!

Matt Henkel was incredibly professional, he provided pictures and details of the issues i had. he also gave me multiple levels of repairs which was greatly appreciated. i would highly recommend air zero to anyone in the pinellas county area.

Marcus helped us pick the best equipment for our application and installed it beautifully.
Explained humidity control, temperature and air flow, tuned the system up for best performance.
Nice craftsmanship, friendly, skilled installers.
The system is cool and quiet.

Marcus fixed the problem by methodically going through a series of checks and balances in a calm and efficient manner... and now my air is working again. I’m very happy to have Air Zero service my aging a/c and when the time comes to replace my a/c I plan to continue with Air Zero. Thank you.
