Air Zero

We highly recommend Air Zero. Everything about their service is top notch. From the polite and friendly office personnel who took our initial phone call to the expert and professional service technicians who came to our house and diagnosed and then fixed our A/C problem, we have nothing but good things to say. So glad that we chose Air Zero!

Dan Corbet came out when my father's AC went out in the Florida heat, he was knowledgeable, professional and had the unit up and running in no time! Best service around thank you!

Had good luck using them previously. But, this time I took time off to meet them and go over the AC issues at my house (need full replacement.) They said they would email me an estimate by the next day. Its been ten days and I've left two messages with their service and sent two emails. Never got any response at all. Waste of my time. I would not suggest them to anyone.

Called at 11 am on Saturday and Dan showed up by 1:30. He diagnosed and repaired the problem within an hour. Nice, honest and dependable. I won't use anyone else.

A+ team at Air Zero. I live in an upscale neighborhood with many pricey homes. Other HVAC companies have come to my house and tried to sell me items I didn't need to pad their pricing. Luckily, I have enough HVAC knowledge to recognize what they're doing to avoid these unnecessary expenses. Air Zero is the complete opposite. They will tell you exactly what you need and why you need it. If you ask them questions about something you've heard of or think you need, they will tell you whether it's necessary.

A good example of Air Zero saving me money is that my wife and I had issues with high humidity in our home. We had two other HVAC companies tell us we needed a dehumidifier. Air Zero came in and I asked them the same question expecting the same answer. They made it very clear that a dehumidifier could help with our problem but would not be necessary if they serviced our HVAC unit and got it working properly. I was skeptical, but they delivered. This superior quality service saved my wife and me thousands of dollars. My wife and I couldn't be happier with our air quality in the house now. A bonus to all of this is our electric bill is now supposed to drop since our HVAC unit is now running efficiently.

I can't talk highly enough about Air Zero. I've gone through multiple HVAC companies over the past 10 years and never settled because they've never left me with the feeling that I've found the right company, a true fiduciary. This company has provided me with that feeling and I will be a customer of theirs for life.

Extremely professional, trustworthy, kind, and understanding. Rich Heniger briefed me on the condition of my problematic air conditioning unit. Opened up the service panel whereby I could visually observe and​ understand why the unit was failing. I had 2 options to choose from: 1. Repair and replace parts, freon, etc. 2. Replace the unit that was rusty and not functioning to its intended compasity. Based on his expertise and knowledge I choose to replace the unit as it is old, rusty and starting to freeze up the coils. I felt extremely happy as he gave me the information and freely allowed me to choose whether to repair or replace the unit. If you want a professional call Air Zero and ask for Rich Heniger. Several different experts agreed that the recently ( 2 years ago) new system ( by Air Zero ) was incorrectly sized for the existing air duct system in my hose. This has created a big humidity problem. Now have to due to invest thousands of dollars extra to remove this situation. with a different contractor as Air Zero refuses to correct their mistake

This is the second AC unit that Air Zero has installed for us; they did an awesome job from start to finish -- dependable, professional, and reasonably priced.
