    Once again Marcus and his team at Air Zero we're super in handling our emergency. Our a.c. died and it really needed to be replaced. Marcus was able to get the job done quickly, efficiently, and at a reasonable cost. I highly recommend them!

    Had scheduled a tune up service over a week out. The morning of the appointment, I received a text that the technician was one his way. He showed up in the beginning of the appointment window given. Went in and did what he had to do. There was a small service I needed amd he was upfront and had the service cost in writing and included some suggested items with pricing. All in writing. I agreed and initialed on what was to be done. It was completed right away. Everything was great. I had a question a couple days later so I emailed on weekend I believe and not expecting a call or response for a couple days, but the owner called me within about 10 minutes and answered my questions.

    AC wasn't running cool. Called and they came out next day. After only looking at the inside unit the joker told me I needed to clean my coils....$400 to clean "as good as they could" or $800 to pull it out, my husband insisted he actually go look at the outside unit then all the sudden the problem was the fan motor. He said he would get us a price and charged 99$ for the "service fee" we had to tell him to fully diagnose btw. So fast forward to 11:45 he gives us a price of 487$ comes back starts at 12 because they called me at work to get the auth to start i told them i want an ITEMIZED bill including part price and labor all itemized, they agreed. He finished at 1pm argued with my husband for 30min after so total labor was 1.5 hrs company had the end time at 1:30 too ok whatever. Fast forward 2 days later I finally get the invoice and of course it wasn't itemized as I requested and they agreed to. I fought them for 2 days before getting an itemized bill and no wonder they didn't want to do it. They charged me for 3.5 hours of labor!!! When I called them out on it with time stamped proof I agian heard nothing...4 days later I email following up and I get a new invoice with a whole $75 taken off. BEWARE of this company they were trying to fraud me!

    Well I just had a great experience with Air Zero. If I could give Matt, their technician any more stars i would. I called them coming home from work on a Friday afternoon and they were at my house in less than an hour. Most of the other companies i called didnt even answer, or call me back since it was after 5. Matt was fantastic. I had alot of questions and he answered them all. He made sure to explain everything he was doing, and why. Even though I'm sure he had been working all day he was patient, friendly, and efficient. He was honest, and got everything done for much less than i thought id be spending. Phenomenal experience from start to finish. Great company.

    I can’t say enough good things about Air Zero. I’ve used them for a few years now, but my most recent experience just shows the honesty, integrity, and professionalism of this company. My AC went out yesterday evening around 8pm. I called Air Zero realizing that it would probably be the next day before anyone could come out and look at it. It was already 90 plus degrees in the house (summer in Florida!), so I was thinking I’d have to book a hotel for me and my family or else try and suffer through the night. Fortunately for me, I was put through to one of their technicians, Marcus, who was able to diagnose the problem (the thermostat) over the phone and walked me through how to fix it. Pretty soon we got the AC back on! I don’t know that any other AC companies would go that extra mile to help a customer-in-need outside of normal hours and not charge them a penny. Great service and honest people!

    Trying to get quotes on a mini-split system installation and Marcus came out on a Saturday to look at the house, seemed really nice and professional and said I would get the quote in a few days. Never heard another word, 3 e-mails, 2 text messages and a call to the office and no quote. Not a huge thing, I still got 3 quotes from other outfits, but just a bit frustrating...

    After Ed McNeill Air Inc refused to fix the leaking copper line set with the new install, AIR ZERO came to rescue with 5 star service. Cristina listened carefully and gave the proper job pricing which is not common, Marcus diagnosed the problem right away and had AC working in no time. FAST, PROFESSIONAL, ON TIME SERVICE with COVID precautions! THANKS A LOT!

    It’s a welcome change, I’ve called Air Zero on three or four occasions now and I’m happily surprised that they’re always on time and their technicians are very knowledgeable and professional and I’ve never had a bad experience.
    Sadly that’s not true of all companies but I have nothing negativeTo say about Air Zero .
    I will surely use them again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
