I had an emergency one day when my AC quit in the middle of the night. I left a voicemail and received a call from Marcus in the morning. Within a short amount of time I had my AC working again. Marcus was professional, polite, and extremely knowledgeable with the system. Would recommend to anyone!

Air Zero was amazing!! They showed up on time, explained thoroughly the issue with my units - did a temp fix until we they could get the new Units installed. Owner even stopped by a couple of times to make sure that unit was still cooling and offered to bring me window AC units and fans if I should need them. They took care of everything in a timely manner and made sure that I was staying cool! I would highly recommend Air Zero. Local, Family owned business with great service and fair pricing.

I needed a new central air system installed in my condo. I got 5 estimates and chose Air Zero. I'm so glad I did. Marcus and his team did a wonderful job and my new unit is working great. Marcus also went over and above in answering my questions regarding the new unit. He was very responsive and timely getting back to me. I would highly recommend this company!

After 12 years of horrific experiences with Air Conditioning companies, needless to say my first contacted Air Zero was less than cordial. Despite my attitude Marcus set the appointment to come check things out. He was on time, offered sincere sound advice, quoted a fair price and did everything he said he would do including explaining and answering my questions along the way. Needed air conditioning repair as my AC was not working properly. I contacted Air Zero and set up an appointment for repair; great customer sevice on the office end. Marcus was the technician dispatched and he arrived on time. He’s very personable and very knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the problem and corrected it; he also explained what caused the issue. Again, great customer service. It is difficult to find a reputable service company but I found one in Air Zero. Best service in town! Marcus and the rest of the Air Zero family are extremely professional, knowledgeable, and caring. I first called them 9 years ago and will not call anyone else in town. When we decided to buy a new home, we called them right away to come over and give us their personal opinion/ inspection of the AC unit. Extremely detailed professionals that go above and beyond. True professionals and positive friendly attitudes. They provided pictures and detailed explanations when diagnosing the system. Air Zero provided our home with quality service and professionalism. We had an evaporator coil replaced and Dan the A/C technician was great. He answered our questions and provided exceptional service. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was because I was bummed the company didnt offer a finance plan for a brand new A/C unit. Had that been the case, we probably would've just gotten a whole new A/C as opposed to a coil replacement. Other than that, I was pleased.
