The folks at Arctic air systems really came through for me very quickly. Was very grateful to work out a plan with Andrew. Anthony and Dave did an awesome job on a complete remove and replacement of my A/C unit. Top-notch service at its best. And they cleaned up afterwards. They were very courteous and professional. And I couldn't ask for anything more. I will be recommending them to my neighbors and friends. Thanks, guys. You're the best!!!!!

The pipe set of my AC system had a leak and needed emergency repair. Arctic Air fixed my problem and provided excellent service. Their service manager came the next day to do the diagnosis and emergency fix. Then the owner himself came to address my concerns and provided solutions. Also, their technicians were efficient and professional. It was really a tough job as the pipe set ran through the interior and exited to an exterior storeroom. They finished the work in a few hours. I highly recommend Arctic Air!

Arctic Air has completed several repair issues involving my HVAC system and installed a new compressor and air handler. I am very pleased with the personal involved and the quality of their work. When my system was down, I contacted them in the morning and service were dispatched the same day. I trust the company, the personal and the quality of their work.

Arctic went above and beyond to help me. Once we determined that the previous installer had botched the warranty they worked quickly to install a new unit. All the people I dealt with at Arctic, from Holly, Jordan, Jai, Cody, and Robert were helpful, and professional. The owner, whose name escapes me, was also very nice. Prices were fair, response time was good, and I have no complaints. I would definitely recommend Arctic Air Systems.

Robert and Tony did a wonderful professional job. I am very pleased with Arctic Air. I wanted to add to my review. Artic air came out several times to repair our unit. They were always on time as were Robert and Tony that installed our new unit. We feel they were very fair on the price. We would highly recommend Arctic Air and Alex.

I’ve used this company for about 10 years. I have nothing but positive things to say about them. All employees are very professional and friendly. They explain in detail a summery of the visit. I highly recommend using Artic Air as your AC company. I also highly recommend a service contract. The one I have gets you two service calls per year. That alone pays for itself.

Steve at Arctic Air was great! He showed up right on time, explained everything to me, and even taught me things I can do to keep my ac running well. Very reasonably priced and my ac was back up and running before he left. I highly recommend Arctic Air Systems, Inc.

Hakeem was amazing! On time. Very knowledgeable. Answered all my questions and got us up and running within 30 mins.
He didn’t just address the issue and checked the whole system. Kudos to Hakeem! Company is blessed to have him as an employee.

The company seems professional and efficient, until after the service call. It's been two days and they've already sent three emails reminding me that they recommend a surge protector that they can install. We have owned in Southwest Florida for 20 years and no other AC service contractor has suggested this. Now I'm hesitant to use Arctic Air because I don't trust they will recommend service we need.
