I am an Assistant Director of local Preschool that has 135 students on site. Two of our classrooms A/C went out at the same time and after calling a number of A/C companies to come out that same day and being let down, we got a hold of Artic Air and they not only came out that day but Alex the Service Manager that was sent to our location educated us on the maintenance upkeep and was able to get the units up and running within the hour. A few weeks later we had called Arctic Air again to give us a second opinion on another unit that has been giving us on going problems. Alex came out again and showed us what the problem was and that it had nothing to do with what the other ac company we had been working with said was the problem which in return saved our school a lot of money with his knowledge. Alex is very professional and knowledgeable and prides himself in the work he does. I would 100% recommend Arctic Air to any home or business and if you get Alex as your service tech you will be in good hands for sure!

Cody from Arctic Air was on time and extremely competent, with suggestions to help us preserve our new HVAC system with the installation of a UV light. He took the time to make sure that I understood every step of his process. Highly recommend Arctic Air for all of your HVAC needs.

The tech(Hakeem) was very personable and professional. He is definitely an asset to your company. At first I was taken aback by the price quote but when I saw the work he had to do I could understand why it cost so much. I will definitely use and recommend Arctic Air again.

No better company. Jim knows A/C and is great at getting the right people to you at the right time. His company has really gone above and beyond to help. Last visit I needed a part he did not have in stock. No problem, I can wait another day. Jim went to his warehouse and came back within the hour to get our A/C working THAT day. We would never use any other company. Highly Recommend.

Update 2/27/23. Cody came out this time to replace a thermostat and tune up our ac. Still 5 star service. Prompt, personable, and a great job.

Very happy with Artic Air. The compressor failed on our very old A/C unit. Cody came out and diagnosed the problem and set us up the next day for a new unit since we were completely down. We really appreciated the effort that Cody put forth to get us scheduled the next day since it was very hot in our house. Artic Air went above and beyond and the pricing was fair. We would not hesitate to recommend this company.
