Great experience, great service! I needed to replace my entire system. They made financing easy and did most of the work within a day. The installers were respectful and cleaned up when they were done. Thankful we called Arctic Air!

I just had my entire AC system replaced by Arctic Air and I couldn't be happier. Arctic Air didn't solicit this review, I am just happy and really impressed with their company.

I had 3 different AC companies come out to give me quotes for a full replacement in my 1926 bungalow. Arctic Air was not the cheapest, nor were they the most expensive but I thought their pricing was very fair. Their competition quoted me double for the same system with the same amount of work so be careful, people are gouging!

Life caught up with us (had a baby) and AC was put on the back burner until one day we didn't dip below 86F in our house. I called Arctic Air and they were more than happy to honor the 3 month old quote and sent a technician to top up the Freon in our 14 year old system to keep us limping along. No joke, the tech arrived in 15 minutes from the time I hung up the phone and had us up and running again until they could install the new unit.

Installation day came and the techs were on time and ready to get to work! We had about 6 techs working inside and outside of our house. They were clean, quiet, and each one of them was incredibly polite, great job choosing your techs Arctic Air!

After 4 hours we had a brand new system and the only trace that they were here was a little drywall dust on a section of baseboard.

I would gladly recommend Arctic Air for your AC needs, I would use them again.

Not too impressed with their product or service. I moved into my Duplex back in August 2021. The same month they installed a new AC Unit and Handler. Today being January 18, 2022 we have had to call service for the exact same problem at least 3 times now. They keep saying it is a break blown and question me about the use of the thermostat. They ask me each time if I am switching the Heat to Cool or Cool to Heat really fast? Really? Who does that? I am starting to wonder if they are as good as they say they are. It seems like when I need to my heat or Air there is no guarantee it is going to turn on!

Artic Air installed a new AC Compressor and Furnace for me last year and did a fantastic job. Their customer service and professionalism, coupled with great service and reasonable rates, made me a repeat customer. I just purchased another property and called them to check the existing system to make sure it is clean and running efficiently. The technician was thorough and very knowledgeable. The company is reliable and communicates well. I'm very pleased.
