We came home after being away for two weeks only to find our AC Unit had frozen up and called Artic and they sent out a repair technician immediately. Rick showed up within an hour of our call, he was knowledgeable and timely and didn’t mysteriously find additional things wrong as most companies do when you are not already a customer. The unit was low on Freon so he added Freon and before going any further he suggested contacting the installer to ensure as to whether or not the unit is under warranty bc he is suspecting a leak somewhere and don’t want to charge us for something that could possible still be under warranty. Ricks professionalism and honesty is such a rare find these days and undeniable therefore I felt it was important for me to write a review and let others know of my experience. Thank you so much and will definitely w using them again.

If you are looking for a reputable and reliable AC company than look no further. My family and I have been using Arctic Air since 2015 and they have been the most responsive and fairly price contractor we have had the pleasure of doing business with. Just had Moe and Andrew out to fix a minor issue and their professional and knowledge is unparalleled. Thank Arctic Air for being an honest and trustworthy company!

Moe from Arctic Air came out, fixed our problem on the same day, and did it quickly and professionally.

Steve came out fixed the problem we had with a bad float switch that caused a big water leak in our garage. He came out within 1.5 hrs of calling. Professional & thorough. This was the 2nd time our regular AC company couldn’t get someone out for a week & the 2nd time Arctic Air came in quickly & solved the problem. I highly recommend.

I wanna start by saying SAVINF GEACE!!!!!!! It has been burning hot and my system went out in our new home (so you could imagine my frustration) . We are new to the area so finding someone who could be reliable was important to me ! I thought I would have to wait a while before being serviced deeming as though it’s summer and I’m sure companies are in high demand right now ! I also have a toddler and I couldn’t bare bringing her into a home that’s even hotter than outdoors ! They responded back super quickly and ensured me that I’ll be serviced immediately! They arrived within the 24-48hr period that was given ! After looking at my system they seen I may need a new one ! They took the complete weight off my shoulders in doing all the works for me ! We now have a cool home and it’s now been 3months and all is still well !!!!! The air appears to even be better than the one we’ve had before hand ! I will be using the services again if ever needed no doubt !!!! Thank you guys so much again for making this a graceful process for me and my family !!!!!

I needed emergency service and Alex was there in :30. He found the problem quickly and gave me tips on how to prevent it . Arctic Air has installed both our unit and did a great professional job.

We have used Arctic to install new AC units in 3 different condos. They have always communicated well so we knew the status of the installation and the installations were done well-very professional. We did have an issue on the last AC unit installed. They came out, identified the issue and corrected it at no charge. My wife and I could not be happier with the service Arctic provides and highly recommend them.

They came out same day to try and resurrect my AC compressor but it was dead. They came back the next and got a Trane compressor and air handler installed. Both the service tech and the install crew were were super professional.
It sucks my AC died but the folks at Arctic air made getting a replacement a quick and easy process. They are now my AC company.

Had annual checkup on system. Richard did great job, courteous, professional, friendly. Highly recommend Arctic Air I've been with them 25 years.
