I had this company work on my home AC and now on my business AC. They are prompt, professional, communicative, friendly, well informed and all-around excellent company. Steve, our repairman, was wonderful at explaining exactly what was wrong and how we can keep our system healthy on a daily basis.

Great company and workers. Hakeem came out first and put in Freon less than a week later had to call back. Hakeem came again Thursday very professional and friendly. We had to end up getting new unit. Hakeem spoke to boss and they arranged to have new unit installed for us on Saturday. Joe and Mo showed up first thing this morning. Very friendly professional. After installing cleaned up everything. Very impressed with Artic Air and their employees. Thanks for everything!!!

Arctic Air identified that the Outside Unit Cooling Fan Motor had failed. They did a great job getting the part quickly and the installer was patience and through in getting the system back up and running. I very much recommend Arctic Air for your AC system work.

Arctic Air was recommended by a well known electrical company in the S. Petersburg area. I called and Mellisa - a real experienced pro showed up later in the afternoon. Replaced the balky thermostat that belongs in a museum. She was great - didn't push the expensive model - and did the extra step of checking our AC unit and if everything was functioning. They are my official AC company now.

This is a good HVAC company. I recommend them. They have serviced and installed 5 Systems for me now. The people answering the phones and handle scheduling do a very good job too. Typical issues with any service of course but, the problems get resolved and I am a happy customer again. Thank you.

The techs were awesome! When my 1991 AC unit went down approximately four years ago Arctic air fixed it at a very reasonable cost. It then lasted another four years. So this time when it went down I called them back to check it out. The compressor was frozen so a new system was needed. They installed the new system two days later. The installers were very professional and did a fantastic job installing it in a small closet. They kept working until it was done even though it was almost seven p.m. I highly recommend them.

Very good customer service. After the duct board was replaced, I accidentally damaged a surface, very tiny area. Contacted Arctic, they were willing to fix that. However, I was disappointed by the person who did job. It made brand new duct board having very noticeable patch. Wish he just used a dark tap to cover the damaged tiny surface.
