Great company, easy to schedule, on time, and found the problem of my air conditioning issue. Hakeem went above and beyond to find the issue of my ac not cooling the bedrooms very well, which happened to be in the attic. Fixed it and it is working so much more efficiently now. Thank you so much!

Arctic Air came right away when our AC was broken, even though we were not an existing customer. Another company had come previously and said we needed a new part that wouldn't be in for at least 6 weeks. Arctic Air diagnosed a faulty wire - the part was fine- and restored our air conditioning. They are now our company! Excellent service!

We had Arctic Air install a complete system back in July. They came out one day gave me an estimate the next day they installed the unit. Quick and cleaned up. Had the A/C stopped working called and had them in under an hour. The drain plugged up they spotted the problem right a way repaired and back in service in no time. I would recommend Arctic Air to anyone. Cody was our tech both times highly recommend him.

I have lived in Florida for 60 years and so I have had numerous a/c units by several contractors. My 2 units were nearing the end of their useful life so it was time to replace them. I got bids from 4 companies. Arctic was not the least expensive but the bid experience was the best. So was their installation. Straight forward concise bid. Installation seamless. Despite a prior comment they cleaned up well, had tarps on floors and even wore protective booties inside.

Artic Air showed up on time as scheduled and did an outstanding job! The installers were polite, professional and gave periodic updates throughout the install process. I would highly recommend Artic Air for any A/C needs.
