We were very pleased with the variety of quotes they offered, the fair price and how seamless the installation was for replacing an old unit at our home earlier this year. We recently replaced a second system in our house and went straight back to them and the process and results were just as good. The overall services were high quality from start to finish. I am glad we trusted them with such a big expense in maintaining our home.

Soon after the new installation of our HVAC ductwork, we started having problems with our A/C system and was told by an outside A/C company that the ductwork was falling apart already. Arctic Air came out and said everything was fine. Then less than a month later, A/C not working efficiently again. My husband goes up in the attic and finds the mastic wasn't applied properly and created loose joints and has completely detached from the A/C system so tons of A/C is pouring into our attic. They also rushed to finish the ductwork and didn't clean up well after. We had a box of trash and tools in our yard for over a month that they kept saying they would pick up. We were so disappointed after they came so highly recommended.

Arctic was not only professional and courteous but they were speedy! They made an appointment that accommodated our tenants schedule for the next day and they were on time.

During the second week of the 2020 shutdown, the motor in our main HVAC unit died and we were left without A/C in most of the house. We initially called another company to get a quote for the repair, but the age of the unit was suspect (15+ years old) and there were two other units for the house that were of the same age, so we also requested a quote for a replacement of the entire system. One of the issues we had with the old system is that it did not adequately cool our master bedroom and we asked if there was a way to combine the two small units into a larger one, but the other company was not open to make this happen. We received their bid several days later while waiting without A/C in the house and it did not account for the issues we had with the old system. Additionally, we were dissatisfied with the service, response, and most of all the price of the other company, so we went looking elsewhere.

We then looked up other HVAC companies and received two more bids for the work. What convinced us to use Arctic Air Systems was their promptness in sending someone to evaluate our condition, willingness to work with use in modifying the layout of the existing system, and the range of products they had to meet our needs. Within a week from our selection of Arctic Air Systems, they were here to replace the entirety of our HVAC system from the ground up.

Not only did they quickly remove and replace the system that was broken, but they then are able to get all of the new equipment into the home and working within a day. The next two days of work were to install the new duct work and finalize the new electrical work for the units. The work was great and we've had a cold house ever since!

We will definitely continue to use Arctic Air Systems to maintain our system and would recommend them to anyone looking for a good maintenance company, or a whole new system.

Emergency Service needed on a holiday weekend. Alex was professional and quick to handle the problem. Got the unit going quickly and with very little pain in the pocket.

It was a Friday afternoon when I called for service. I was shocked to learn Hakeem would be on the way within an hour! He was very knowledgeable and professional. He had the part required to fix the problem. Very impressed. Will use again!
