We have used Arctic Air many, many times for multiple installations and repair/service. We recommend them without reservation based on their prompt, personable, competent service. Also, when there are problems, they take responsibility and stand behind their work. A rare find in this day and age!

On the coldest weekend so far our AC stopped working. Richard was on time, professional, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to explain problem and resolution. He’s the best!!! Highly recommend Arctic Air and glad we have service contract with them!

I didn't have AC for about 2 years(IN FLORIDA OUCH) I called around to all the local AC repair companies and Artic Air systems was the most affordable, their team was extremely friendly and knowledgeable - fast forward 1.5 years I had a power surge due to lightning strike, the A/C Compressor was totally fried! so I called them up again, and everything was up and running in a few days, quick an efficient, 1 month later I submitted a claim with my home owners, and they needed a picture of the destroyed compressor, Holly went ABOVE and beyond reaching out to the manufacturer and having them take a picture of the compressor for me. THANK YOU HOLLY and everyone at Artic Air Systems. I would recommend them to anyone!

Arctic Air installed my first Central AC in the 90's and were great. They helped me with an AC emergency when my unit went out in 1999. My husband was under Hospice care (at home) and Arctic literally walked me through something on the phone because I didn't know their was a drip pan that needed to be emptied. They checked back to see if I needed them to come out or if I needed further help. Arctic has helped me with great service all these years. The technicians are prompt, knowledgeable, courteous, patient, respectful and I would recommend this company to anyone. I have referred friends and relatives to them because of their excellent service.

AC start capacitor replaced. Part was in van. Took only a few minutes to isolate the issue and make the repair. The Freon pressure were also checked. We have used Artic Air for years and have never been disappointed. Always fast and efficient service.

I appreciate that Artic Air was able to send a technician right away at a reasonable cost. Seve was professional, knowledgeable and quickly identified why my thermostat had failed.

We were referred to Arctic Air and are so glad we were! When our ac stopped working, we called and they gave a two hour window that someone would come out that same day.
