A very nice young man arrived perfectly on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, explained it to me, fixed it and was on his way with a handshake and a smile. Definitely my ac company now!

They were very fair price 325.00 to charge my AC!! Performance AC ripped me off and charged me 1300.00 last year to do the same thing and told me I needed to replace everything!!!

Christmas eve morning for my 96 year old uncle's house and no heat. Made call into Arctic Air's after hours call line at 9:30 AM and within 20 minutes I received a call from their technician Alex who said he was swamped but would add them to his after noon schedule and do the best he could to get to them that day. He arrived by 1:30 and had them operating and warming by 2:30. Very clear in his diagnosis and resolution plans. Very appreciative of his efforts and professionalism.

Had an issue with my AC system. They located the problem and gave me a quote to repair it in minutes. They also gave me a cost comparison to replace the whole 10 year old system. I agreed to replace the system and 24 hours later it was completed.

Arctic Air is by far the most responsive company I've worked with in Florida, of any kind. How often does one call and have a repairman come over a couple of hours later? Right, almost never. Not only that, I was notified of arrival by text, along with a link showing where the repairman Hakeem was relative to my location, which is a terrific innovation I've never seen before. Hakeem identified the problem quickly--low on Freon--loaded the unit and checked for leaks in obvious places. There weren't any, so we'll have to keep an eye on things for a while. He checked other functions to make sure nothing else was wrong. There wasn't. So, I'll need a checkup of my main unit in springtime and will call Arctic Air to do the work. Thanks, Hakeem!

Day before Christmas and had no heat (coldest days coming in 23 years). Alex the service manager was sent to remedy. Need a rewire done due to original company installed shoddily (arctic Air was not my original installer so it wasn’t their work). Due to holidays needs more attention but Alex took the time to troubleshoot my problem and find a temp solution and got us up and running until repair next week. What a pro! Only company I use for my multiple properties.

Cody found a hole in our outside copper line. Fixed it quickly and added refrigerant. Air is working great!

Great customer service! I definitely made the right choice. The people, the price and the product 100%. The installers, Richard and Joe showed up right on time and worked nonstop, kindly, polite and very professional. When they were done they left my home spotless! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
