I have been an Artic Air customer for many years. They are always quickly responsive, honest , trustworthy with reasonable pricing.

We were serviced by MO. Who was clean and tidy. Very nice man, who carried out an annual A/C service and maintenance.

Hakeem from Artic Air did a great job with fixing my HVAC blower. Artic Air’s price was much less than their competitors. It’s never an expense we want to pay for, but when something happens to my unit Artic Air has been the most trustworthy company in my experience. If and when I replace my unit I will definitely look to Artic Air to do that.

As a home inspector I would say this company is not the cheapest but you certainly get what you pay for. Honest work and done right the first time.

A surprising delight from start to finish. When I called for a check up on our heating/a/c system, I expected to get an appointment a week or so away. Delighted that my appointment was set for the very next day! The technician arrived on time, was friendly, went about his business efficiently, put everything back in order, and presented me with a charge that delighted me - far less than what I had expected to pay. Additionally, we bought our system from Arctic Air in 2009 and this was the very first visit we ever requested a check up. The technician was proud to tell me the system is in great shape and good working order. Where else do you find this? Very much pleased and delighted.

Arctic Air recently replaced the AC system in my laundromat. My system failed on a Friday and on Tuesday I was up an running with a complete new system. The installation was complicated by the fact that we had customers doing laundry in the store, but the team at Arctic was courteous and worked around my valued customers to get the job done. This is my third complete system with Arctic Air and they have exceeded my expectations every single time. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

All I can say is the service was absolutely incredible. Was timely, explained everything and air was cold as ice when he left. I will definitely be recommending to anyone I know with central air issue. Once again, thank you so much!!!! The technician that came to our home definitely deserves 5⭐s

Our A/C stopped cooling on a Sunday evening. Called our regular A/C company, paid the evening rate and the service tech came out. He misdiagnosed our problem saying we needed a new fan motor and was very sarcastic to my husband and I. The following morning I called Arctic Air instead of our normal company. They ordered a new motor (which we didn't need) and set up a service call for the following day. They came on time and discovered we didn't need a new motor at all. The tech was very nice and professional, fixed our small issue and got us up and running. Great experience with Arctic Air!
