Joel the technician did a FANTASTIC job fixing my A/C today. He was knowledgeable, effective and efficient. I feel the price was fair and the quality was EXCELLENT! THANK YOU Metro Air!

Niccole and Joel are absolutely amazing! When my AC gave out in the middle of day, hottest time of year, Niccole sent out Joel asap. Joel knows what he is doing and got us back up and running asap! I have used them previously when my father had issues in his home and same service there too! I would highly recommend Metro to anyone!!

A/C system went out over night and we were leaving the next day to go out of town. Metro Air was able to squeeze in an appointment for us same day and fixed our A/C system for a very reasonable price. The technician Luke was on time and a true professional. my air conditioner stopped working yesterday. I called Metro Air and a technician came out yesterday afternoon. He was very thorough and explained everything to me. Nicole, the customer service rep was very responsive and texted me to let me know when they were coming. I am extremely happy with Metro Air service.

My air conditioning went out on a Saturday. I called and they were there within 2 hours to fix it. They were very reasonable and professional, and fixed the problem, did not try to sell me something I did not need. I have already recommended them to other people.

A friend had no A/C all day. The unit would not come on. I called Metro-Air and within 15/20 minutes, a technician was at the residence. He checked a couple things, then came back about 5/10 minutes later and had found that a lizard had been the culprit. He replaced a part and the unit was up and running again. If we ever need A/C repair again, we will call Metro-Air.
