We had a question about our duct system, we called around 3 pm yesterdy and got a visit first thing this morning. Darren was rapidly responsive, patient, thorough, professional and honest. He didn't try to sell us something we did NOT need! SWEET!!!! Very refreshing!

Prior contact by owner/operator to confirm appointment, right on time, explained everything he was doing. He was very thorough and I felt confident he was doing everything . Called this morning, my heat pump made a grinding noise and the fan motor quit. I thought bad CFM. They got Bob out within 30 minutes. He determined it was in defrost as it was 40 degrees this morning. Did a tune up and the unit is operating. Professional and courteous service. I have a 20 year old system and will be having this company do my replacement in the spring.

Our family purchased three high efficiency Trane units and are extremely satisfied with quality of equipment and installation. Darren and his staff are great people and would highly recommend them.
