Kudos to metro air today. Not only were they able to do same day service- they arrived 2 hours early. Easy peasy and the bank wasn’t broken! And my ac drain pipe is also no longer broken!

The technician Derrick was very knowledgeable and promptly performed the repairs I needed to my system at a very reasonable fee. I especially appreciated his professional demeanor and conduct. I will certainly call Metro Air the next time I need help with my heating or cooling system.

I Start doing a research of Companies that can provide Quality, Good Service and I can trust in them and Metro Air was beyond my expectations, Darrel and His Team Luke and Josean work installing my whole house new unit not stop until they finish, with a incredible quality of installation, This two Luke and Josean definitely provide to Metro Air and there team the best of them. Our a.c. went out and we had to wait on a prior a.c. company due to warranty. When they found out the issue wasn't covered, they were going to make us wait an additional week in the heat of summer to install a new unit. Darrin was out the next day and ordered our new unit, which they installed the following day. Amazing service and the staff is knowledgeable and very competent!

They were honest friendly Jeremy was super he explained everything from the moment he arrived. Because of the service we received we now have a contract with them and we will refer everyone in our building to them. I've been using Metro Air for the last several years for annual maintenance at my condo. They are affordable and nice. Luke has been out a few times. He is very sweet and knowledgeable.

Ive had my complete hvac system replaced by METRO AIR IN LARGO FLORIDA. Dealing with the owners Dennis and Darren was a very professional and pleasant experience. They were completely willing to give me their time to explain the process and gave the best price for a very appropriate high end system for my home. The team, lead by Jeremy ,that did the installation was professional clean and a great pleasure to work with!! They were particularly careful and left my home as though they had never been there. We had a water leak from a cracked drain pan, and Darren from Metro Air came right away to help diagnose and fix the problem. We ended up replacing the entire unit and Metro Air did an excellent job! I can really recommend them, fast, professional, accurate!

Darren is my go-to-guy when it comes to anything HVAC related. He takes the time to try and troubleshoot the issue over the phone before coming out and charging you for a simple fix. When he does come out, he is always extremely prompt - if he tells me he will be there within the hour, you better bet that he will be. When he evaluates the issue, he is always professional, personal, and honest - you never need to worry about smoke and mirrors with him. This kind of customer service is rare to find anymore and that is why Metro-Air will always be my first choice.

Darren made replacing my A/C a smooth and easy situation when it could have been tedious and worrisome. Niccole in the front office was super communative and prompt and made the paperwork easy to handle as well. Whenever I've needed help servicing my old unit, and even with this new install, the guys doing the work have been professional and curtious. Would highly recommend!
