    I recently had my AC serviced, as well as Metro Air installed the unit in 2018. I have not had any issues and the recent visit was just for a checkup. The service was great and they were extremely helpful. Five star service! Thank you!

    Metro Air is the BEST a/c repair in the area! I always recommend them to everyone I know. They are very responsive, professional, and best of all, honest! I don't ever have to worry about if they're trying to price gouge me. Sometimes, they'll even request I go with a more conservative option before having go a more expensive route.     We had a new air conditioner and furnace installed by this company. First, they gave the most professionally presented quote, very quick response time and very detailed explanation of the proposed install. The install team was very knowledgeable and professional. They cleaned up every piece of debris from the old system and had the new one running within several hours. I would highly recommend this company for any of your HVAC needs. Great job!

    I learned about Metro-Air through word-of-mouth. A close friend at work, whose recommendation I highly trust, had previously used them and had had a great experience. Our AC died 2 days before Hurricane Irma hit, so we were in the market to replace our system (both handler and compressor). I was expecting it to be a challenge to find a company who would be able to respond quickly in the aftermath of the storm, so I was thrilled when I called Metro-Air and was told that a technician could make it out to our home by 3pm that same day. Jeremy, one of the techs, arrived on time and assessed the situation. He was professional, polite, and very knowledgeable about recommending the right system for our home that would work within the budget constraints we had. He took the time to talk to me and answer my questions...the appt did not feel rushed at all. I particularly liked that Metro-Air installs Trane systems rather than lesser-known brands like Goodman, Comfortsense and Payne. Our old system had been a Carrier and had lasted far longer than expected, so we wanted to replace it with a brand that would deliver similar results. By the time Jeremy had left, I was already leaning toward giving our business to Metro-Air; however, for big jobs we make it a practice to collect at least 3 bids in order to best compare prices and options available. The other companies we had come out were either 1) in and out the door within minutes; 2) recommending low-end brands and larger units (4-ton vs. 3-ton); and/or 3) never bothered to follow up after sending their estimates. As promised, Darren DiNardo (Metro-Air owner), emailed me his estimate the next day and I was happy to see that the 3 options he’d laid out for us were within our budget. While Metro-Air was not the lowest bid, they won our business in the end for 2 reasons: 1) the quality of their product, and 2) excellent customer service. I had numerous questions, and Darren answered them all…even taking time out of his evening to call and walk me through the estimate and explain why he had selected the system he had for our townhome. As a result, we were able to save money by installing what we NEEDED and not a system that would have been too large for our home. The installation day went smoothly…Jay and Luke were wonderful and cleaned up everything before they left. If you are looking for either AC repair or replacement, look no further than Metro-Air…you will not be disappointed. Plus it feels good to “keep it local” and support a small local business! Thank you Darren, Jeremy, Jay and Luke for everything!

    Recommend using Metro Air. They may be more pricey, but their customer services and kindness makes up for the cost. Thanks to multiple thunderstorms, we have had a couple of power surges, that caused our relay to fry. Metro Air came out immediately, replaced the part, and honored our warranty. Even though it was one month expired. Wonderful team of people.

    Love Metro Air Largo. The estimate was done in a timely manner and saved me $1,500 from a bid I had from another company. The crew showed up ready to work, very efficient, polite and explained the process and directions for the new thermostat. So glad I found them through a friend’s recommendation.
