I just had my yearly maintenance on my Trane A/C. Everything went well and Ernie did a great job. I was concerned about some potential problems and Ernie went above and beyond to assure me everything was fine. What a nice helpful person. Thanks United A/C.

Serviceman came out today to do maintenance. He was very polite, did the work, kept me informed the entire time.
This is a great company.I have recommended them to my entire family & we have used them format least 20 years.

United Air Conditioning installed our new A/C system three weeks ago. The project went very smoothly from estimate through install. We are very satisfied with all aspects of our new system. Just a few days ago, on a Saturday, an error code displayed on our thermostat. After monitoring this for a small amount of time, it became necessary to call for service. The service tech was onsite within an hour and quickly rectified a loose connection within the A/C system getting us back up and running within minutes. We are very pleased with the service and support we received and highly recommend this company.

We had Frank and Dameon were out today from United Air conditioner. They were awesome, very friendly and respectful. We have use United for a long time. But these guys were incredible

We had a yearly maintenance call 2 weeks ago and the tech said everything looked good and clean and no blockages in the drain line. Today, 2 weeks later we had another service call to correct how the drain line was originally installed so it was easier to get to and change out the filter. Mike was very professional and thorough however the tech that was here 2 weeks ago, not so much. Today Mike told me the drain line was plugged up and he had to clean it out. There is no way it got plugged up in 2 weeks since the last tech was here. I don't think the previous tech did as thorough job as Mike did. Also Mike corrected some sloppy work the previous tech did with electrical tape. He also recommended a different size filter that may be easier to install and replace when needed. All in all I wish Mike would have come out to begin with.

Damian and Chris were professional and thorough. I thought I was living in the 1980s. The service was like a throwback to the days of better customer service. They took care of all the details and were more than happy to educate me on ways to help keep my AC units working properly.

First time using them. And they were very nice. Didn't try to sell me a new AC when I didn't need one. Jack, was The AC Tech That came out to see me?

I’ve had to call United twice in the last week…Both times United sent out techs within a few hours. The first visit required replacing 2 parts of the condenser. The 2nd visit was due to the air handler not working. For both visits I was blessed to have friendly, professional techs that kept me informed throughout the visits.

I have been using United for my home air conditioning for 4 years. That was after giving up on 4 other companies. United is professional, solves the whole problems and always very polite. I recommended to the board of my condominium to use them for chillers and Aaon units. They have addressed major problems at very reasonable costs that have plagued the building for years. I highly recommend them for both personal and commercial AC and Aaon service and maintenance.

Great company!!! They just replaced my HVAC system on 5/8/23, very fair price, good service, clean, knowledgeable, and an established history in Pinellas County. I’ve used them annually for years for cleaning and servicing. I would highly recommend them.
