AC stopped working. United AC scheduled service as soon as possible which was for the following day and repair was done in 20 minutes and air was restored! Very very good company and great employees.

United Air Conditioning did my original AC System Install and here they are 10 years later to replace the Condenser Coil that only had 2 months left of warranty. Awesome Company I will continue to use them for Major repairs and System replacement when it comes to that.

It's easy to see why United AC has the excellent rating that they do. From the first call when John came out to provide a very fair quote on a new AC system and provide knowledgeable answers to all my questions, to the very pleasant and professional installers Mike and Eddie doing an excellent and spotless installation, to Michelle and Betty in the office being my helpful points of contact throughout the process. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with United AC. I would highly recommend them.

Was having some air conditioning issues and a family member recommended United to me. Called in before 8am on Saturday to ask if they had any availability for this weekend and they stated that they did. Received a call roughly 3 hours later from a tech asking for me to describe my issue and said they could come out the next day on Sunday at 2pm.
5pm came on Sunday and still no tech or phone call to let me know they would be coming late. Figured they might be working another job that was unexpectedly longer than anticipated which I understand. Called back the same person who called me to find out what time I could be expecting the tech to arrive and he said he passed the job to someone else and he would call them to reach out to me.
No call ever came.
I could have called another company and had my issue looked at and even fixed.
I don't understand why a company takes on more work than they can actually complete and doesn't follow up with their client to let them know that they're not going to be there at the designated time.

Yes I called to cancel the service call after 4 and a half hours of waiting because that's the right thing to do when I'm going to go with another company. See what I did was what your company was supposed to do, which is reach out to the other party to let them know what was going on.
When I called at 5:00 p.m. to ask what was the estimated time of arrival for the scheduled 2pm appointment your tech responded "uhh I'm not really sure now. I'll call the guy I passed it to and he will call you." No call came for an hour and a half so I then called to cancel.

My service tech was very friendly, engaging, explained what and why he was performing each task to keep my A/C running top notch. I have used this company for about 9 years now and strongly recommend them.

I and my family have been United customers for over 40 years, and they have always provided excellent prompt service whenever the need arose. I cannot stress enough the concern they express for their customers, and the responsiveness to A/C and heat outages. Most all of the service techs are well trained, courteous, and neat. Service tech Bruce is, in my opinion, their best having been with the company for roughly 15 years. It is nice to see a family owned company that has continued the tradition of a customer first attitude into a second generation!
