Excellent service from the United AC personnel... assessed what was wrong and had the AC working in no time. Thankful for such great service. FYI, When I was looking to buy a new AC unit I had many sales people out and they gave me quotes from $8,000 to $18,000 for a new AC unit. And, after looking, talking, comparing, getting facts, & pricing United AC was by far the best company for a new AC unit not only in the price but they have an outstanding warranty on the AC. The best for your money.

Technician was good, but 2.5 hours late for appointment.

I had United air conditioning company recommended to me by a handyman friend and I was not disappointed. With temperatures in the mid 80’s and no a/c, I was thinking about nobody being able to get to me to help for days. But from the first call I made, the young lady was brilliant and within a few hours, Marc arrived and fixed our problem. I highly recommend these guys. They could have told me I needed a new system, but the repair was cheap and fast. I can’t say enough about how pleased I am to have found them and will be a customer for as long as I’m in Florida. I have been using United A/C for about 20 years now and have never been disappointed by their service team. I have a special shout out for the customer service staff member ( I won't disclose her name because of privacy in a public forum) that has to deal day in nd day out with some pretty demanding folks. Her demeanor is lovely and she goes out of her way to follow up with being sure that the client is well served. I would never hesitate to recommend this team of professionals for your a/c needs. Have been with United for several years now. Great service, always on time. Hasan did a great job on our system maintenance.

The a/c went out late at night and the next day was very warm for the season. The technicians, first Mike and later Shane, were very professional and courteous, keeping us informed of what was needed and ensuring us that the a/c would be up and running before nightfall. There was a substantial stoppage in the drainage line, but they made sure it was working properly, as promised. The promptness of the service and dedication to getting the job completed was greatly appreciated. Thanks Mike, thanks Shane, thanks United Air Conditioning.

Today was my annual preventative maintenance service. My service tech was Mike who did an outstanding job. One thing he noticed was how dirty the coils were on the bottom of my system. He was able to take a picture with his phone and show me. It was bad. He was able to take the time today and chemically clean the coils. I am hopeful that I will not have any problems and will make sure they are cleaned each year from now on. Great job Mike and thanks again.

I can not say enough great things about this company. This is the third time I've used them, and each time is better than the previous time. David (#77) was my service tech today. He trouble shooted the problem and had me up and running in under an hour. The service charge was very fair (less than they should charge). The office staff is top notch to work with and are a pleasure to talk to. If you’re looking for an a/c company that treats you right and is fair priced, look no further, you’ve hit the Jack pot with United!!

They were very responsive. They responded in the same day; Evaluated the problem which needed a part. They actually went to the train store to pick up the part and installed that night late. Problem fixed. We had air up and running. We were very pleased with the service and response.

We have been using United for over 12 years and always had good service! Today Kevin came out and was AWESOME! He figure out what our thermostat issue was and went above and beyond to make sure it was fixed for each zone! I am usually freezing and my boss usually hot and now we are both comfortable!
