I actually just used United Air for the second time in a year (truly through no fault of their own). Last year I had a capacitor replaced, and today they came by to clean the drain pipe, as it was causing the unit to not function properly. Their customer service reps in the office are always super helpful and courteous. The maintenance workers that came to my house are also very respectful and helpful. I would highly recommend this business to anyone needing any sort of help with their AC. I will definitely be using them again.

EDIT: I just used them again on 2/10/22 for a Maintenance Check on my unit. The appointment was easy to make, they worked with my work schedule and, once again, the Tech that came to my house was incredibly nice and professional. This company is wonderful, again 5 stars!

Excellent job, extremely thorough. I was impressed with the time they took for the annual “check-up” of our HVAC system. We have been very pleased with United A/C since we had the unit installed in 2015, they have always been responsive and helpful if we’ve had a problem, which have been few.

Fantastic company very honest reasonably priced. You cannot go wrong. After working very hard not to replace the unit it had to be done. I am at OTOW Clearwater. I can tell you great service very professional install. Very fair price.

(October 2021) also now, April 2nd, Zack came out after hours, minor issue with a corroded connection outside that had shut down the cooling. Fixed quickly, first time I’ve had an issue with this trane since the install 2014. Hey, also an update, June 2022. Shane came out, very professional. I’m glad I can stick with this company and not have to shop around for quality air conditioning service. Worth every dollar! Thanks. Update Michael #68 came out, very professional and efficient! Technician was very informative and professional. Completed the yearly inspection with no problems.

Since '20 I've used Untd. They correctly advised how to re-damp the ducts from badly work a previous contractor did in designing the ducts!.... I'm not accustomed to a system with a air-handler..... I often keep the fan on constant. Appears this is not a correct way to use my system. When I do this, sometimes coils freeze and use hairdryer to unfreeze. This happened 3 times this wk. Diane (ph Service Tech) promptly returned my calls. She talked w/ Tech Kevin and within 12 hrs she checked w/ Kevin and gave me an answer.... Also, once there was Tech who serviced my system. I found him difficult to communicate with and told Untd I'd prefer not to have him out..... In the situation this wk, Diane was thinking of having a Tech out. She mentioned, 'oh I see you prefer not to have X out'..... This type of attention to detail I think is EXCELLENT Customer Service... Lastly, when Kevin was out, we also discussed what other new system might be good. He took time to give me his opinion on the pros/cons of new systems. His opinion, Carrier is the best US system especially in FL because they use stainless steel coils that don't corrode in our salt air. He said Tempstar is the 'Buick' division vs Carrier the Cadillac. I'll continue using Untd....

Always professional, competent, prompt, and fairly priced. Will use them for all our HVAC needs. Purchased a new system and even the inspector commented on what an excellent installation it was.

We recently had United AC install our new duct work and they did an amazing job! Their team is so professional and really did a fantastic job! Then as to no fault of them, my unit broke, turns out it was a bad circuit board & compressor. United reach out to manufacture to get parts covered under warranty, they were out here the next day once they received the part to fix and again, complete professional service tech. Prior to the installation of our new duct work, I had been using another company that I have found out recently did nothing but rip us off! I am so happy with United and cannot say enough about their team members from the field to the office. Highly recommend them! If your looking for professional, hardworking & a honest company, United Air Conditioning is your company! Thank you to the Team!
