Bryans United Air Conditioning

I called on a Tuesday to set up installation of the air handler. We had obtained a quote after our last maintenance was performed. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. Bryan's was able to come do the installation on Wednesday. The two techs were very thorough, removing the old system and the base, installing a new base and new air handler, taping and sealing the unit neatly, and removing all of the used materials and packing materials from the job. They were also polite to us and kind to our two old dogs. I would recommend Bryan's for replacing or installing AC equipment. We also use the maintenance service.

My technician, Luke, was professional, courteous, and had a good sense of humor. He took the time to explain to me what was going on, and took photos of everything to put in my file so if they ever needed to call in a different technician, they would have all of the information in front of them. I enjoyed working with him. I also liked the text I got beforehand with the reviews of the technician along with a photograph. Of course I would’ve known he was with Bryan’s because they had logos on everything on the shirt to their hat.

Kenny, Josh and Carlos were neat, clean and had on the company's uniform with a logo. Each gave me complete explanations and answered all my questions. I was happy to hear there would be a gratis 6-month checkup. After completing their work, they each swept up after themselves! I'm totally satisfied with their work and with Bryans United AC.

Bryan’s installed a new a/c unit in my attic a few weeks ago. I discovered some condensate around an air vent. I called their office to inform them that I had a low priority problem. They came out quicker than what I expected. The technician was prompt, professional and he corrected my problem. I could not have asked for more. Thank you Bryan’s.

We've been using Bryans United for 4 years and continue to be impressed with their professionalism and quality service. Today was our first experience with one of their technicians, Tommy. He came for a routine maintenance visit and was very thorough, friendly and professional. We feel completely at ease knowing our HVAC system is ready for the hot weather to come!

From the lady who scheduled my appointment to the technician who addressed my air conditioning problem, they were very professional. The technician actually arrived early and was able to diagnose the cooling or quickly. Very pleased and I would recommend them again.

The technician was professional and very knowledgeable! He took pictures of my unit and explained in detail the problem. He also explained the reason why my unit was beyond repair and backed up his justification with the pictures.

The customer service was exceptional. I love that they text you a picture with a little write up of who is coming to your home. Kenny was very professional and knowledgeable. He showed me what he was doing and told me different options for repair. I will be recommending this company to everyone I know!

Fast and courteous response to my service request online. They arranged for same day service and texted me a photo and information on the repair technician before he arrived as well as gave me a courtesy call to make me aware of his arrival time. Technician was knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem and repaired quickly. Would very much recommend.

Bryan's United was wonderful to work with! My furnace broke during an unusually cold week and they were very timely and supportive in helping me resolve this stressful situation and get a new system installed asap.
