The technician, Gary, is always on time and professional when he comes out. He answers all of our questions and explains everything he does when he is here on the service call and offers information to help us as the homeowner to maintain our unit throughout the year to keep it in running order.

I am very satisfied with the service I received. The technician, Pablo Reyes, was very professional and thorough with servicing my air conditioning system. I was especially pleased that a text was sent by Bryan’s that alerted me when the serviceman was on his way including a photo of him. I definitely will use Bryan’s again.

If you need anyone to do your consult and be your point of guide at Bryans United, I'd go with Shem Israel. He really listened to my needs and quoted me the best possible price. He even came multiple times to check and double check the specifications and measurements. I had also made a change in where I wanted and he was very accommodating. He explained everything in detailed, send the invoice quick and is available for additional questions and changes.

Although, I did not move forward with the installation of the A/C units. I'll still be using Bryans United with Shem to install a much needed attic stairway to be able to access my roof. Thankfully they have a 2 year warranty and the price is good.

Still pending the installation of the stairs, but pretty confident in the level of workmanship. Should I decide to one day install A/C be it mini splits or central I would go with Shem.
