Phillip did a great job of servicing my system. While assessing my system, he also found an issue with the furnace vent pipe (rusty and needed replacing).

Simply put...professional and outstanding service!

Nigel came out for my summer service on 7-9-20. He was professional gave me outstanding advice and got everything done in a very timely manner!

I had a standby generator installed in August 2020. From start to finish, all work was done very timely and as described. Very impressed and quite pleased with the job.

And Shem, the representative gave extra attention and went above and beyond to ensure the job was completed properly and on time.

I had my duct and plenum system replaced on 1-8-21. The Bryan's team came at 7:45 am and were finished, cleaned up and gone by 12 noon.

On July 6th, 2021, the generator was serviced and my summer AC maintenance service was done at the same time. Nothing but attention to detail at all times.

I called Bryan's based solely on their amount of positive reviews. Carol answered the phone right away, got my information and promised a call back. Ray called me within a few hours to get details of my issue and get me set up with a technician. Kenny came out the next day in the time frame they quoted and was protected with face mask, gloves, and booties while in our home. He was very friendly and professional and finished the job within two hours leaving us with beautiful cold air flowing freely. Very satisfied with all aspects of dealing with Bryan's!

My experience with Bryan’s is always fantastic. On time, reliable, and honest. DJ undid mistakes of three prior repair men and did not leave until he found the solution. Great company!

I have an aging HVAC system and it was acting up - I had fully prepared myself for a recommendation of a full system replacement, and the costs associated with that. The service technician could have easily taken my preconceived notions into account and "made a sale". However, he took a close look at the system, quickly diagnosed the issue, and fixed it quickly for a very reasonable cost. I went from that feeling of impending doom to being very happy that I didn't have to spend that money! What a relief!

The Tech called to let me know he was on the way. He arrived on time. He performed the semi annual maintenance. He brought a filter and changed the old filter and cleaned the vent. He accepted payment before he left so I did not have to worry about waiting for a bill. He was very courteous and respectful. I have used Bryan’s United for several years and I will continue to use them.

I called Bryan’s on yesterday and was added to the list for the same day. My technician was excellent. We had another guy come in from another company three days before and after supposedly fixing the problem and coming out again, we were still having the same issue three days later. The Bryan’s tech figured out the issue in about two minutes. He was very through. Our unit was calling off in no time! We finally had a good night’s sleep after about four nights!!! They were reasonable too! Thanks Bryan’s!

Service was performed quickly and professionally and I was totally satisfied. I intend to use Bryan's United for all my future HVAC needs.

10/4/20 - I wanted to amend my review to update it because of other work I had Bryans do. A house my father-in-law owns is being updated. The ac system was over 25 years old and the entire system needed to be replaced. I called Bryans and Josh Foret their Comfort Consultant came out. He made an appointment with me, was on time. Upon arrival he inspected all parts of the old system, including the attic and promised a proposal. He came back with the proposal in several days (we were in no hurry). He brought the proposal out to me with sketches and walked me through what needed to be done. Everything needed to be replaced. Unit, thermostats, heater, duct work - the entire thing. He gave us several days to discuss it. And he thoroughly answered all the questions I had.

We decided to go with Josh Foret and Bryans United. Booked the appointment. They came out as scheduled, ripped out the old unit and duct work. Disposed of all the old equipment and trash. The new system was ready to go in two days.

I was very pleased with Josh and Bryans! I would recommend them for all jobs, big and small. A happy customer again!

I have never had a service call provided by Bryans that wasn't excellent. You guys are the best I've ever delt with. Thank you all!
