My service technician was very knowledgeable and thorough in his inspection. He diagnosed and addressed the problem very quickly. The parts and installation was done in a matter of 2 days and that was simply waiting on the parts. Very professional. Definitely recommend to anyone in need!

I just had my home air conditioning unit repaired by the most professional and knowledgeable gentleman representing Bryan's United! It's a hot and clear July afternoon. This outstanding service man comes to my home with a smile and look of confidence. Less than an hour he had completed my repair, informed me of the changes, and offered me a $20 discount! He is "high quality customer service" personified. Thanks for sending a sample of your best to my home!

This company is simply wonders! Everyone that we’ve had contact with from the dispatchers to the techs to the sales dept have been extremely knowledgeable,courteous and professional! Technician Rahim did a wonderful job of trying to keep our system working and when it wasn’t possible, made sure we were immediately called the office to get us a sales rep appointment the next morning. Josh, from sales was just a superstar! He explained options, did a fill assessment of what was a good and as well as a better option for our needs and answered ALL the questions and concerns we had! Bryant United is a terrific company!

Bryans United installed my new system 4 years ago and the big capacitor in the compressor failed last weekend. The technician replaced it today (Monday) and added a little Freon after checking pressures. The system had a 5 year parts and labor warranty so I just had to pay a $49 co-pay for service today. I’m happy to have my cooling restored quickly and also that it didn’t cost anywhere near as much as I had feared.

The employees that work for Bryan's are always polite and professional and that includes everyone from office staff to sales reps to field techs. I have been doing business with Bryan's for greater than 25 years....any concerns or issues have been dealt with quickly and professionally. I would and have recommend Bryan's to family and friends.

Our units have not been working properly since Ida. Bryan United was perfect. Technician was knowledgeable and did a thorough examination of the units. He arrived on time and I paid exactly what was quoted.
