Got a great deal with the maintenance membership they offer and I absolutely love the air scrubber they installed in my a/c system! My whole house smells amazing 24/7! It’s hard to find a good a/c company that you can trust, not only with their prices, but also in your home. Top notch company with a clean cut crew. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommended.

My heater suddenly stopped working and when I made a call, they had somebody over within a few hours (which was great, since my usual guy couldn’t be bothered to return my call until several hours later!). The tech they sent over, Tyler, was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. Very polite and professional. The price for services was quite reasonable and I will definitely hire them again and I highly recommend them to others Thanks!

We have had ACHS doing our hvac service for 10 years or more. We have multiple rental properties and our own home which have all been on the annual service plans since we have owned them. Service response time is great, they do a good job problem solving to find an economical solution, and the service people are courteous, clean, and intelligent.

The two installers very professional and before they started explain what they were going to do.

Upon completion they gave me pictures of the installation locations that I could not see.

They made sure that I was completely comfortable before they left and left my home with a clean installation.

ACHS completely replaced my old A/C system including the duct work. They took out the old unit and installed the new unit in just two days. Kenny and Bryan, the techs who installed the unit, were extremely knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. They took the time to explain everything they were doing as they were doing it. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with ACHS and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

We have used ACHS for the last 20 years without complaint. They come when scheduled and call if there is a problem. The techs are friendly, polite and very well trained. About 10 years ago they replaced our old unit with a Lennox HVAC and high efficiency air filtration system. The difference in air quality is remarkable. NO MORE DUST. I had a leaky attic AC unit. The drain was very old and chronically clogged. I sent in a new request for service on a Sunday (the unit was leaking into a bedroom) and they called me an hour later to schedule the appointment for the next day. Brian, the technician, came out the next morning, fixed my acute problem, and set up a plan that he completed in two days. The unit has never worked better. The cost was very reasonable, and I cannot say enough about the excellent service. Brian has called me multiple times to check on the system. He was always exceedingly professional. If you have an HVAC system and you live in New Orleans, you need to call these guys.

Quick and easy. Had no trouble contacting and setting up an appointment with Mrs. Tracy for a new ac unit and shortly after receiving said unit. Installation was quick, these guys really know what they are doing and Patrick was able to answer all of my questions.

My experience with ACHS was perfect. First Andrew came to my home to make an estimate to replace my old heating and cooling system. As there were some complicated problems to solve he came out again with Bryan, the chief installation expert. Together they designed a perfect way to redo my ductwork. My estimate was very reasonable. The installation team, Kenny and Tyler, were my dream team, two young, polite, handsome happy men who were singing in my attic as they took apart the old system. They worked so hard in the hot attic than one had to stretch out on my lawn before he was able to leave. The job actually took three whole days to complete with Bryan working with Kenny and Tyler to ensure a perfect job. They became my Dream Team. I was so impressed with their perfectionism. They even cleaned up every day so no debris remained. I not only am very grateful, but also I am totally satisfied. Well done my Dream Team with a huge thanks.
