Trustworthy seeming, polite workers, prompt, quick service

Heater would not kick on so I called Bryan. They were quick to respond. Nigel my technician was very friendly and professional. He explained to me what he was doing and showed me the malfunction. After one night in a house that was 57 degrees, he was the most popular guy here. I felt the service and response was unmatched and the price very reasonable. I highly recommend Bryan’s United for all HVAC needs.

You all!! This could have the most thorough service I’ve ever received. I had a million questions and Kenny answered them without making me feel dumb for asking. He gave me three options and didn’t pressure me into ants decisions. Still deciding on a plan but whatever we do we will 100% calling Bryans back to take care of it. Highly recommend!

Great experience with Bryan’s United! Techs showed up early on the day of the appointment due to a prior cancellation. Within a couple of hours, they had diagnosed the problem and installed a separate wire for a power source that fixed our broken Google Nest. So happy to have heat and air conditioning again! BTW, there are only a few repair shops that work on Google Nests in the greater New Orleans area, and I recommend them highly for such services.

I've used Bryan's technicians for estimates and advice when buying new property and also for service on my home. They are efficient, competent and always enthusiastic.

And my son loves seeing the logo on their trucks around town. It IS pretty hilarious : D

The air conditioning went out at my chiropractic office. I called around to a few places to see if we could get help the same day because we had a busy day scheduled, to no avail. Then we tried Bryan’s. Bryan’s got someone out the same day and had the problem fixed in just a couple of hours. They had to get up on the roof of our office building to access the unit and deal with the buildings maintenance team, which isn’t always easy. They handled it all very quickly, got our office cooling off for our staff and our patients, and did it for a very reasonable price. The technician was very nice and helpful also. I will use them for all of my office and home air conditioning needs in the future.

I called into the office with a question and was immediately helped by the most lovely, kind person I've ever spoken to. She was able to answer my A/C questions and offer advice on not placing my new furniture in front of my vents. Much love from Minnesota!

I would give Bryans United Air 6(six) stars if I could. Courteous, punctual, professional. The company has been keeping my home comfortable for the past 30 years. So satisfied, I’ve never even considered calling another company. They’ve insulated my attic, replaced the attic steps, most recently replaced an ancient furnace. They have made sure that I’ve been comfortable for the past 30 years.
The Comfort Club is also a good investment which brings peace of mind.

Service tech did a great job but I do not know why the thermostat went bad because this was only about a year brand new system. Customers Service sent someone out the same day. All done i am happy with this company.
