Bryans United Air Conditioning

Contracted with Bryan's to get our AC System replaced and in about 2 weeks it was installed. Not only was the initial consultation with Shem beyond exemplary but the installation technicians were very friendly, neat, efficient and ON TIME! Additionally, the office staff is friendly and responsive. My husband and I are very glad we chose Bryan's for the job. Highly recommend for any AC and/or heating needs.

Bryan's United has serviced my HVAC system at my previous address and my current one. The technicians are always friendly and thorough in doing the work. I highly recommend this company. On the same day I called Bryans United with my AC problem the Technician arrived as expected, diagnosed the AC problem, and provided the information to correct the issue in less than 1 hour. Parts replacement is expected one day later. All work was completed as described to me. Bryans United has always done what they said they would and kept me informed.

Today, My maintenance was done on both units since I have a contract with them. They called the previous day to make sure we were set, called 3 times to let me know the technician was on his way and showed up on time and efficiently checked and cleaned both units. Being August, it’s a great time to check your units and make sure you’re getting efficient cooling.

I had a service checkup April 3, 2023 with no issues and it was efficient.

Our A/C went out on May 13. Had another vendor come out to take a look; they didn't even want to get in the attic. Called Bryans United, and Gary looked at the current system, and let me know what the situation was. Could have been repaired, but it's a 32-year old system and should be replaced. Shem came out to assess the system and give a quote, and we accepted. The install team from Bryans United came out on June 15, and I had a brand new, fully functioning system (with improvements to airflow) by June 17. Very happy with the service and professionalism of the entire team at Bryans United. Would highly recommend.
