Bryan’s service has been wonderful! I called at 2pm for an AC emergency I was having during this crazy heat advisory and they had someone come out the same day!! The tech was very polite, thorough, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend their services!

The staff in the office was excellent in planning and setting up coordinations. They answered all my questions were very patient and listened to what I had to say. The technician was very professional and very effective in his trade. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone that requires this type of service.

Great service. My dad's A/C went out so I called Bryans United. I had used them before and was totally satisfied. Even though it was a Saturday, they wereally able to respond and fix the problem that same day. I highly recommend Bryans United. They are fair and competent.

I made an appointment with this company two weeks in advance and the day of the appointment they called twice to say they were running behind but assured they would still be out. When it came time for them to come to my home after waiting on them for over 8 hours they said there would be an after hour fee. This was a scheduled appointment in which they assured they would be out for, then at the last minute, changed the fee for the service visit. This is completely unacceptable and a reputable company would not do this to their customers.

Bryan's Maintenance Plan keeps us cool in the summer, warm in the winter, and confident that our HVAC system is running efficiently. Their technicians have always been professional and knowledgeable, and never seem to rush through their work.

The technician was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. I like that the company sent me the technician`s picture before he arrived.

Our technician, Kenny, came to our house to repair an electric water heater the same day we called for service. He identified that the problem was with a blown fuse, and even identified the cause. He tested the water heater to make sure it was fully functional. Even though we have to bring out an electrician to fix the problem, we have a month to call Bryans back out if there is still a problem. We were only charged the diagnostic fee that we were quoted over the phone when we made the initial call. I am very impressed with the service, and we will definitely use Bryans again for anything in the scope of their services. Thank you Bryans and Kenny!

Philip Marciafava was our technician for several
Jobs on our heater. He has nothing but the highest standards and his work is impeccable. I was floored when I saw how clean the unit was and the meticulous work he did rebuilding the transition for the duct work. It has been a terrific experience with Bryans. Appointments were easy to get and they worked around my schedule. I would recommend highly.

Phillip did a thorough job cleaning and maintaining our a/c and heater. He made helpful suggestions for improvement and went the extra mile to help clean and replace our hard-to-reach filter. We are very happy with the service we receive from Bryan's!
