Great company. Always dependable and available. Josh and the team of technicians and installers are great assets to the company! They has always made our installation needs seem simple, even though we knew everything we had done would a retrofit for an old building. Bryan’s United made sure all of our systems were up and running and did a courtesy recheck of all systems days after installs were completed.

Braiden was on time and efficient. Very pleasant. Even my hounds came around to liking him (Basset Hound puppies). Have never had any issues with Bryan's!

They replaced my downstairs HVAC system 2 years ago. I was amazed at the professionalism of Shem Israel and all of the installation crew.
They all were very pleasant and took extreme care in the installation process. I had gotten several bids for the project but Bryan's was best overall.
This year my 2nd floor HVAC system
went out and I needed to replace it after 25+ years of service. No need for me to get bids. I called Shem Israel again to evaluate my needs.
He took the time to go over what was needed and his recommendations were invaluable.
I had the system installed by Bryan and again the work of the crew and their professionalism were impressive.
I would highly recommend them.

Bryan's United has been performing all of our air conditioning and heating needs for 25 years. I would not consider any other company to perform those services. Highly qualified and I would recommend them to anyone.

Luke was the best! Great service and totally trust these guys. Luke was extremely thorough and explained everything. I have the annual maintenance membership, which is worth the cost. The office is easy to communicate with and get in touch with, and they show up on time when they say they are going to be there.

My technician, Braiden, was punctual, professional, and thorough. I purchased the maintenance contract from Bryan’s AC so they come out twice a year to inspect and clean the interior and exterior units. I’m very happy with their service!

After some shocking lack of professionalism by another company, I decided to pay the higher price to Bryan's to get a new central AC system installed. Boy am I happy I did. Yes, it is a bit more expensive, but the stress saved was worth it. They were so professional; good communication from the office, good care before installation (providing temporary portable units for interim cooling while waiting the week+ for them to be able to replace the old, broken system), and punctual and professional installation by Carlos and Justo. Joshua, who organized the technical work, even used a part from the system being replaced that was still in working order to fix another system -- and refused to take any extra money for this (which at that point made Bryan's substantially cheaper, rather than slightly more expensive, than other services!). They were all polite, conscientious, and did a great job of pretending to be non-judgmental about my horribly messy home! They were even willing to meet and befriend my big dogs so the dogs did not have to be locked away in a room during the indoor+outdoor installation.

The only negative thing was that our back door (which had to be taken off its hinges to get the machine through) would not close properly afterwards. With some muscle, though, we were able to tighten the screws and it's fine now-- I feel confident that if I had brought it up, they would have come back and fixed it. (Just be sure to try your doors before they leave to make sure they don't need some extra tightening.)

I will try to remember to update the review in a few months for a longer-term view, but for now, the system is working great-- cooling well, and so much quieter than the old one. I would highly recommend Bryan's for a new central AC installation! I will be having them take over maintenance as well, and will try to remember to update this review on that as well.

Update: 8 months later: there were some issues and Kenny came out. He recommended an additional part that would take some stress off the system. Charged only for the part, not for the labor. Totally professional, friendly, and on time. Another unusual thing that I liked: he was wearing badges showing his certifications, which — beyond being stylish :) — just gave me more confidence in his skill level. I do feel that I can trust the Bryan’s technicians.

We have used Bryan’s Electric for 8 years. Communication is always excellent. We are very happy with their service.
