Seems like a great company. The VP came out to give a an estimate, which was a very reasonable but, My company decided to go with a cheaper Less effective unit. I personally will use United Air in the future for my HVAC replacement or services.

We purchased a Carrier Ductless A/C unit and had it installed the end of Feb. of this year. We've had some cooling issues with it, first there was a freon leak so they added freon. The next time same problem or at least similar problem so they came back and adjusted it again. Today same cooling issue so they came back and said that there was too much freon so they had to adjust it again. I hope this takes care of things because it's only going to get hotter in the coming months. The service guys are real nice I just don't want to see them every month.

Started using United after they idenified a smoldering fire in my daughters house. Purchased a new AC unit almost thee years ago. They stand behind their products, they stand behind their repair, and their service people are ALL exceptionally skilled and qualified. Michele & Dianne in the office are Customer Service Pros!

United Air Conditioning installed my AC last May and came to do a one-year free maintenance check. Technician Ernie was professional, friendly, knowledgable, and informative throughout his work so I understood what he was checking for and how to best maintain my unit.

Have used United A/C since late 2000's when they installed a new unit in a house we no longer own. At that time, they offered the best solution at the best price so it was a no brainer to go with them. They did not try to oversell us on duct work that we didn't need. We signed up for semi-annual maintenance and have continued to use them for maintenance on the existing units in our next 2 houses. They are always on time, professional and knowledgeable and the annual maintenance fee is well worth it to avoid costly repairs.
