Service rep was very nice to talk to. He cleaned the units and pipes and vacuumed out the leaves. It was my yearly maintenance call. He said everything looked great as if it was a new unit even though its 5 years old.

My A/C would not turn off at the thermostat and called United at 8:30 in the morning and the service man was here at 10:00 and did a diagnostic test (motor died). A new one was ordered and was to be here the next day. I was notified that it didn't come until 4:00 but since it was a Friday, the repairman came at 6:00 and installed it so I wouldn't be without A/C the weekend, which was to be warm.
They are very professional and the staff in the office was very helpful and efficient. The BEST service and glad I had my A/C installed AND repaired by this company.

I have been with United for many years, but we had a (repeated) water leak with the system that they installed long ago. They sent an unprofessional individual who demanded nearly $200 for coming to the house, fixing nothing, and providing no estimate of the damages. This matter is pending and I will amend so people can see how it was handled.

I’ve installed my HVAC with this company and they have been very responsive.
Today was my annual checkin with them and Mike was sent to my house. He was very professional and explained everything to me. I will be making sure to request him in the future for all my issues.

Service was scheduled for 1 pm on 7/5/22. I believe the appointment was made on either 6/30 or 7/1. I sent a member of my staff to the location to open it for the tech. She was there from 1pm until 5 pm. The tech was a no show, now call. I called the company at 2:20 when he had not showed up. They indicated that he would be there within an hour. Sent me an e-mail at about 3:45 indicating he would be there in an hour or less. We gave up on him at 5 pm when he was still MIA and had not called to update us on his ETA. I wasted a half days labor opening a location for this work to be done that had been scheduled days ago and it was a total waste of time and money. As of today 7/6/22 @ 1:25 pm no one from this company has called with and explanation or an apology. I have 5 stores and a rental property with 24 units. All require service from time to time and now I need to find a new company to provide a/c service for my company and rental properties. Jim Floyd, Jackson Hewitt Tax Service.

came home after work at 9:00 pm in the house the temperature was 82.Conditioner did not work,immediately began to call the company they said that within half an hour the technician would call back or arrive. at 11:30 no one called and did not come at .10:00 pm again called the company to me they said that the technician was sent a notice,that he would definitely arrive today or call back .at 11:30 it’s impossible to wait because tomorrow at 4:00 in the morning to get up for work the service is a nightmare I don’t recommend anyone. I really want the employees of this company to sleep at least one night at a temperature of 85, maybe after that they will not lie that this company is emergency and work 24/7

My United Tech, named Ernie, was on time and Very Knowledgeable,
He instantly diagnosed the issue with my old Carrier A/C and went right to work and solved my problem in a very professional manner.
He answered all my questions and offered maintenance advice to keep all things up and running.
Very impressed with this young man and his work ethics and leads me to continue to have confidence with United Air Conditioning throughout the years as my go to company for all things A/C
