This is hands down one of the most unorganized places I've ever been to. I used to just deal with it but after multiple visits where you're guaranteed to wait an hour to two hours I've decided I'm completely done dealing with their inadequacies and suggest other people avoid this place unless you like wasting time.

Never go to this ac supply store. The are rude, specially an old, skinny man with glasses. I went to the store and asked him to help me. I needed some dampers and wanted to know which brand was best. He ignored me and started to and when I finally got his attention he started to yell. They are always in a bad mood and never want to help. Take your business somewhere else.

I purchased 2 items for my A/C. During my first visit, it was a little disorganized. It took a while for somebody to help me. I finally purchase my items. It turned out that my entire A/C unit had to be replaced so I did not need the 2 items. The return policy was written on the receipt that a 15% restocking fee and a 14 day policy for returns.

I then went back to return the 2 items the next week. There a quite a few people that day but i patiently waited in line. While waiting, the cashier skipped me once and served someone else so that was weird. It was finally my turn and i explained to him that I wanted to do a return. As soon as i mentioned "return" he frowned and looked very unhappy. He started to ask me several questions and was looking for a excuse to not accept the return. He then told me to wait.

A few minutes later, he started to serve other guests while i was waiting. That was extremely rude! After finishing server another guest, he started to serve yet another guest. At that point I was very frustrated and asked him if there was something wrong. He kept telling me to wait. I then asked him why was he serving other customers when i was there first. He then said that he needs to charge me for the return. I complied because it was written a 15% restocking fee so I had no problem with that.

He then started the return process. My original purchase was $46. After he did his paperwork he told me he would reimburse me $29. I was chocked when he told me only $29 would be refunded. I politely asked for an explanation but he kept avoiding the question and told me i can either take the $29 or not return it. I was furious!!!! That's BS!!!!!! I took the $29 anyways because i had no choice.

I wish i could give it a NEGATIVE five stars!!!! DON'T GO THERE!!!

I visited United to find a very specific part that even the Goodman distributor themselves said they could not get and did not exist. United was able to find the part for me and save me $400. I visited on Saturday and they had to order the part. It was ready for me Monday morning. Thanks guys.

Quoted me about $250 for a 1/5HP condenser fan motor and capacitor. Went elsewhere and paid $60 for same parts. They have a lot of parts on hand though to end on a positive note but just need to update their pricing strategy to be more in line with fair market value.

Take your defective part/s with you and Uncle will help get you squared away and out the door asap. Prices are a bit high, but there's not many places that will sell to the public. The places that do sell to the public are charging much higher prices for parts.

Exceptionally bad customer service. The big indian guy looks like he’s bothered every time you ask him a question. He was so busy watching videos on his phone and won’t even look up when i asked him for the price. WILL NOT COME BACK AND WILL TELL ALL MY HVAC FRIENDS NOT TO COME HERE.

Owner is rude to customer and to his employee's. May have cheap price of some thing but if you ask for something they dont have better be ready to sell an arm or a legs to get it at fair price.

Helpful in their recommendations and a much better price than home depot or Lowes. Have used them 2x, once for capacitor and recently for ductwork & coil cleaner

Yes they are probably immigrants but likely you/your parents are/were too - I would encourage some reviewers to be more tolerant. Always best to go in person as they probably have the item and its hard to discuss over the phone.

they had what I needed at a fair price. they will sell retail. would go back if I needed HVAC parts
