I had a great experience with Jenergy. They had someone here for our repair sooner than promised. Ben was extremely professional, explained everything well, showed us photos of the problem as well as after the work was completed and had great suggestions as to mitigate future problems.

These people are the simply the best! Hands down every time we need them, they find a way to make it here and save the day. We had them install a new unit last July. They did a great job and then we have called them a couple times due to our own errors and they have always been quick to respond and educate us for next time. Love this company!!!

Everyone at Jenergy we have dealt with has been outstanding. They could give seminars to all home service companies about how to provide exceptional customer service. They are responsive, on-time, friendly, and fairly priced. If you have any HVAC needs, this is the company to call. We've used them for both preventive maintenance and repairs and every time, they have been able to address our needs and answer all questions.

Ben had come to the house to do maintenence on my system, I had questions, and he politely answered my questions without making me feel incompetent. She pointed out a problem that I had created, and told me how to make my AC system last longer, which I truly appreciated the information. Brad, another tech had been to my home prior to Ben, and he also gave me pointers to assist in the upkeep of my system. I truly appreciate the professionalism of these two tech.

They were in time, professional, and not crazy expensive. We’ve used them a couple times now and are very pleased with their work. We will continue using them and I would recommend them to others.

Jenergy is amazing! My AC went out- and within one hour they had a tech over to my home to assess. He was able to get the unit running while we ordered a new unit and they replaced 2 days later. Excellent customer service and competitive pricing. Will use again and highly recommend to anyone!

In an age where I have low expectations of customer service it blew me away how nice, accommodating, timely and professional they are.
I only hoped to get a tech out within a week. She scheduled Tony to come out within hours.

As per my request Tony let me know when he was a half hour out and then showed up ahead of schedule.
He never missed a beat and did exactly what he needed to do.
My units are 18 years old, I feared the worst, he tuned both units up as well as cleaned the coils and drains.

I can't say enough about Jenergy and Tony.
